Sales rep, very helpful. Several issues with home during walk through, 6 weeks ago still have not been taken care of. Workmanship terrible, last incident, Clothes rack in walkin closet fell completely off the wall. Been 10 days and no drywaller to fix the problem. Issues with monthly house payment, failed to include escrow amount in the payment.

I had a very good experience

Closing was set for March 24th. I did everything on my end to make it happen. The house needed at least another month's worth of work to complete along with a water leak in a bathroom. It was ridiculous to see. No hole for a dryer vent, broken trim, concrete in the garage a total disaster with spills and chipped concrete along with noticeable cracks already. Finally closed on May 15th with issues still existing. As for the inside of the house, I told the Superintendent I would finish the inside of the house myself because it was obvious the subs don't care about quality and don't have pride in their work. Some of the subs were outstanding in their work as far as flooring, kitchen stove, AC, and sprinkler system. The painters and trim sub contractors are terrible. And to have a toilet paper holder over 4 feet from the toilet is so laughable and I shared it with the Superintendent. The cost of this house as to the quality is totally lacking and way over priced. The Superintendent is a good man, but he doesn't have the ability to get quality workers to finish homes correctly and I can tell it bothers him. If I would have known KB Home was this bad with the finished product and what they try to sell you, I would have never done this and I will not recommend KB to anyone I know or care about. I also doubt this review will ever be considered because I have seen how the subs are allowed to turn out a product that does not meet the standards of quality. Be ready ,be patient and flexible

At first, Kb Homes was great. So much communication. It was great. However, towards the closing, I was worried. They rushed us to close by the quarter deadline saying that they’ll fix the things later. Well, I’m still waiting: floors to be relaxed because of scratches; a fridge to be replaced because it is dented in two places; 1/4 of my sprinkler heads don’t pop up; my garage door just broke; my shutters need to be punted; and I never received my Wi-Fi AC box that I was told was standard. I’ve only lived here two weeks. Needless to say, I’m extremely disappointed. At first, I told everyone that KB was great, but now I will be sure to caution everyone. We have been here 6 weeks and still the house is not complete. Poorest workmanship I have ever seen. Have been promised numerous times for the completion but, to no avail. Front door was to be painted completely blue which was what we had picked out in the design studio. The door is only painted blue on the outside. Paint droppings on all floors. Several closet frames are 1/2 inch different from side to side. Transition molding in kitchen is not secure. Seal on one window is coming off. Sorry we bought into this house. Walk out the back door and you roll down the hill. Not level at all.

Took 1 year and 4 months to build a basic house. Floor plans and building materials are very good. Factory built walls and floor platforms are excellent. Local subcontractors are TERRIBLE. Not only did the subs trash our tile, vinyl flooring, cabinets, and granite countertops but even after you move in they will trespass on your property, leave garbage on your lawn, and the ones who come from outside the US will harass and intimidate female members of the household who complain. Expect to be parked into your driveway by workers after you move in. We are still cleaning yard soil out of cabinets because they left doors and windows open for weeks with topsoil blowing. Even the ceiling fans were full of dirt. We had to pay to redo our tile grout as we couldn’t clean the muddy grout because a worker tracked mud everywhere on pristine tile. They laid carpet first THEN painted so we are still cleaning paint out of the carpet. No apologies from KB yet for this incredibly disrespectful behavior. KB Homes are a nightmare!

We have had MANY issues with the house and NONE have been resolved to date!

Do not do your closing until the house is exactly ready and to your satisfaction they promise to do the outstanding work necessary and never have time once they get your money you are in your own.

Great people and wonderful to work with. We enjoyed the whole process very much. It was a real pleasure to plan our next adventure in Palm Coast.

KB delivered my home on time without compromising on quality. Many options allowed me to build my dream home without the higher cost of a "custom" home. Would highly recommend.

Danny and Kathy made the homebuying experience wonderful and an enjoyable experience.

KB has and still is delivering the home they promised to build us. We’re still in the beginning stage of ownership with them but their sales team and building manager are continuing to fulfill promised items and tasks. They are both readily available to assist with issues discovered after closing unlike so many other builders. We feel they truly want us to be completely satisfied. They have limitations due to materials/workers and have not made any false promises. We value their honesty.

KB tries to make sure your very happy with your purchase. Overall the house is solid but some attention to details would make it even better.

Nice House. Repairs Are Getting Done In A Timley Matter.

The build process was pretty good. However, getting things truly finalized has been challenging. Little issues that we all knew needed to be fixed or corrected have taken a really long time to complete and communication on progress and status of those issues has been slow.

Honored contract and commitments during a period of rapidly increasing prices. Other builders bailed. KB delivered quality product on time for less.

Timely build, overall nice community in a great location for the price.

The long delay to get it built then the hurried rush to get it finished.

The KBHome team of people at our community were so easy to work with throughout the whole process. The team was and continues to be thoroughly and so responsive to our needs.

We closed at the end of August and the house still has many punch list items that have not been addressed.

Kathy and Danny were there every step of the way during this process to us purchasing our forever beach home . We appreciate the great communication and due diligence to make sure everything was perfect !! Thank you Carla and Frank Adams
