We are very happy with our construction superintendent. He is very polite and always response our questions and resolve our issues. KB Homes has the best superintendent. Richard Fisher is an excellent customer service too. Congratulations KB Homes you have a very good superintendent.

I had a great experience with KB Homes, from the very beginning to closing, from signing paperwork to seeing the house being built. The whole staff was very professional and courteous, sales, mortgage personnel, builder superintendent, everyone, thank you all!

It was a great experience made easy. Dustin was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive to our requested and answered our questions in a timely manner.

The KB home sales agent, Leon was knowledgeable and professional and guided me through the home buying process from beginning to the end. He was always available if I had questions or concerns, and I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Dustin, the team builder, knew all the construction aspects of my new home. He never rushed me when I needed assistance, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

The entire experience of buying a home, from the initial walk in the door of the sales office to getting handed our keys, the experience has been great. The thing that truly stands out was the communication between us and the sales staff, the design center staff, and the project manager were all amazing

Beautiful home from the looks but luckily I got it inspected right before closing and it was many things not done or completed after being told it was completed. I have electrical issues I have water leaking from the vents in the downstairs bathroom I have leaking water from upstairs bathroom . The front door isn’t sealed properly at the bottom bugs can come right in. The second floor . You can hear everything every step someone takes . Not what I expected for almost a half a million dollar home.

From start to finish all KB personnel have made this home purchase a wonderful experience.

From the very first visit he was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He never made us feel rushed or pressured and always took the time to answer questions and explain the process clearly. What really stood out was that Jacob stayed engaged the entire time. Even after the contract was signed and many salespeople would normally move on, he continued to check in, help coordinate things, and make sure everything was going smoothly all the way through closing. That level of follow-through is rare and made the whole experience far less stressful. Construction super intendent was so responsive and acted quickly on the issues that needed attention

Overall experience had been excellent, Hoa had been difficult on fence approval process back and forth sending same documents over and over. Having a terrible experience at this moment. Hardly no response and lack of communication.

We are very happy with our experience and the staff of KB homes. We’ve dreamed of owning a new construction home and we’re still in awe and gratitude. Jacob has been exceptionally helpful and goes above and beyond to provide excellence in the process.

Lack of knowledge by sales personnel regarding valid issues.

We found a few issues during our walkthrough and within the next few weeks, reported them to the Superintendent and they were all taken care of quickly.

As a first time home owner I found the full service that I received from the sales Rep to the finance team as well as the building inspector to getting my keys was very efficient and they were mostly on time with the schedule, The workmanship was to the standard and I am satisfied with the follow ups and opportunity to get anything looked at is quickly remedied. So far, the house looks very good structurally and visually. We hope it continues this way. The finishes look great. I only have one recommendation for future construction: to improve the soundproofing a bit, because you can hear the noise of the cars on the highway. But the rest is very good. Richard, the superintendent, has been attentive and constant. He has been very attentive. And Carmen, the saleswoman, has been fantastic. Good work, both of them.

My inspector missed plumbing issues that should have been hound.

Post-Closing and Warranty Moving into a new home can be daunting, but the post-closing support from KB Home's customer service team was fantastic. We had a few minor warranty items come up in the first month, which is completely normal for a new house as it settles. When we submitted our claims, the warranty staff was responsive and efficient, scheduling tradespeople to come out and make the repairs in a timely manner. They really stand behind their work. Final Thoughts Overall, our experience with KB Home was exceptionally positive.
