The house was not ready at the time of delivery, it was even closed two months ago and the house still needs things to fix, the bathroom window, drywall, cabinets with damage, which are supposed to be new and they went and patched it up. I think that when you buy something new it is new and not patched up since I paid for a completely new house It's been two months since I moved and it hasn't been 100% complete I only had 1 walk and 1 day before closing I think it is disrespectful to the buyer that we pay for good quality and service which has not been provided to me.

Make sure your home is perfect before you move in. Getting items fixed after is difficult

Happy with the KB Home. Many unfinished issues that are taking a long time to get done. KB selling rep. was great. The house is very comfortable, the layout is very functional. The neighborhood is very good.

Ensure all corrections are done prior to closing.

The Loan Team was Five Star; the Construction side was and still is terrible. Definitely need more attention to detail and responsiveness and not just false promises.

Outlets installed crooked. Garage cement 5 feet long cracks. Doors don’t lock properly. Window shutters weren’t installed until 3 weeks after we moved in. A motion sensor flood light that I paid for was replaced with a wall switch to turn on, not what I paid for. Just less than adequate overall workmanship.

Overall a good experience in building.

The house was 5 months late from the agreed date. The studio did not let me change some items on the same day that i signed. They promised to finish a couple of discrepancies before closing and they havent fixed 80% of the issues and i closed 2 months ago. I told them that the the original oven that was suppose to be in my kitchen will not fit, they said it will but it did not fit. 2 months from closing date now and I still dont have my microwave oven and one bathroom is not functional.

I loved the transparency throughout the whole buying/building process.

Everyone at KB Home did a fabulous job. Superintendent Ty did a great job always professional and knowledgable. Robert did a great job wrapping up the property and Adam the Realtor was always on top of the sale and provided pictures of the progress every week

Buying a brand new home is the best feeling anyone can experience. Buying with KB home just makes it better. Great people! Thanks so much

Great experience, exceptional customer service

About a 12 month process, supposed to be 10. Lots of items not complete upon close, some still not corrected. Supposed to have a 30 day follow up, but have not heard from anyone

Our experience with KB Homes has been bad. As new homeowner you come in with an expectation to later be disappointed. If you are looking for quality, this should not be your first option.

A pretty good experience buying from kb.

My superintendent, Stacy, is really good at communication and organization. She kept up with every phase of the building process and communicated it to me. Every Friday, she contacted me with text messages and pictures of the progress made that week. Even though I was out of state, I felt like I was there seeing each phase. In addition, Stacy would call me to explain items or to answer my questions. She is really responsive to buyers. Spencer was also so helpful. Again, I purchased this home seeing it once during the building process. Therefore, I had many questions for Spencer. He always answered my questions courteously and in a timely manner, even when he had to resend data and pictures. My experience was very bad since the closing was delayed three times without prior notice. When they delivered the house, it had many unfinished things and some poorly done. Communication was very difficult and it wasn't because of the language, as they once told me, but rather because one called and they didn't answer the phone or emails.

From tour to move my experience has been great. The sales consultant explained everything and answered my millions of questions. The loan dept explained things in layman terms when clarifying terms. The construction team was fantastic from Walkthrough to having items completed. All outstanding items that were under their control were fixed in a timely manner and they followed on everything. I looked at homes with different builders and kept coming back to KB. I am truly happy with my experience
