My experience was great the only issue was the lady at front desk didn’t explained us exactly the upgrades in the house, specially in the bathroom options she just decide for us and submit our order before ask or go through every single thing. We want the second bathroom with 2 sinks she put only one, when we realized was too late to change it. Also master bathroom we wanted it with no bathtub we want the slide doors, but they submitted the order as they thought was good for us. Other than that everything was great is a beautiful house and we are happy. This is me and my wife first home.The experience wasn't pleasant at all. We understood the pandemic situation and also we understood there may be hiccups the things we couldn't understand how we came into a walk thru that was full of trash our home was not completed when I mean complete is a lot of things that was just throwed together and then communication wasn't that pleasant at first but it seems if you give a bad review or they want you to do a survey they call you more consistently. My KB homes experience was a great. Carmen & Ilya was an awesome pair to work with. They provided me with weekly updated on the building process. Anytime I called for problems that occurred; they was definity on point on how to resolve & don't stress. I have no regrets for selecting KB homes as my builder.

Can't say anything bad about our experience- It's been great! Ty and Adam were so attentive to our questions and truly made the process of home buying so easy. Even after move in Ty has addressed even the smallest concerns quickly and smoothly.

My experience with KB was great!! I have bought many new homes. But from the sales agent, to the loan officer and staff, to the builder Brandon and his team, the best experience I have had.

After sale support is excellent.

The experience was much better in the very beginning. I had to close without the home being completely finished. Almost 2 months later & I’m still told things are on back order. I have to reach out several times to get responses to issues. This is a very large purchase. But there are so many things that still need to be addressed

I looked at numerous properties before building with KB. I was able to exactly what i wanted and needed. Staff communicated during the building process. Even better.... the price was locked in when i signed. Transparency was wonderful and no unwanted surprises.

Happy with the overall quality of the home.

When it comes to anything getting fixed after your 10 day walkthrough, forget about it. I will never recommend KB home to anyone.

Sales staff great. Quality of the materials, construction and install HORRIBLE.

I’m not sure if I should feel manipulated, lied to or if I just have to be even more patient. I was told there would be consistent communication, however I don’t get any calls back or returned text messages. I was told that I would be given a gift if I gave a positive review, which I did and still have not received it nor the actual things I’ve paid for. At this point I’m just wondering can I call the vendors myself to get things done because no one else is. This is extremely disappointing.

This was my first home buying experience and it was more than I could have imagined as for being such a smooth process. Jimmy, Chris, Kody, Andrew, and Derek were all great and just made everything simple and easy to understand.

The materials used to build this property are cheap and very poor quality. The work was done really bad. 2 months later still waiting on repair for things that were broken or incomplete. If they tell you that they will take care of you and not leave you hanging, don’t believe it. They will make you feel like you are asking for a favor, but you are really asking to do their job and give you what you paid for. I will not recommend, We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the house we received.

I understand COVID delayed building materials etc. I was good with waiting 9 months. Then every month past the 9 was excuses as to why my home wasn’t finished. I told them I was pulling out of the contract because the new home building excitement was gone. I’ve been in my home now 2 months and there is still stuff we are waiting on and things they didn’t complete before moving in (minor to them major to us) Love the home but just not a good experience

Home was delivered as a functional turn key house but lacked attention to detail on many finishing touches.

Mr. Chavez is phenomenal and once he temporarily took over the Harbor Dunes community, everything started to positively progress in the right direction. However, I’m still missing a bunch of items and no details on when those items will come in other than it’s on back order. Still waiting on several items to be fixed as well. Lastly, the subcontractors that KB Home hired to build, install, paint, etc… were very sub-par. And for the price I paid, I figured the builder would throw in a complimentary refrigerator, but I guess I should be happy I got something (blanket). This is not my 1st home buying experience and so comparing to my previous one, KB Home is a huge let down. Overall a good experience just felt some things was rushed and not fully finished correctly and when you have the 10 days and find your issues they should make it a priority to get them corrected

I will never build with KB homes again The supervisor was fantastic. but that’s the only highlight of the whole experience….
