Home layout is great and just the right size. Neighborhood is small and quiet. Rob was a fantastic salesman to work with. Extremely helpful in finding funding and working through issues. Logan and Tyler have been great supers to respond to questions and issues.

We have been in our KB home for a little over 1 month. So far, we are very happy here.

The quality of the products and the work is excellent.

My wife and I are very pleased with our expectations as to what we received. The people that helped us went above and beyond, I really only have great things to say about the people, and that helped us tremendously as this was our first home buying experience.

It would be nice to have a club house.

Great neighborhood. No complaints

We love the Covington floor plan! The kitchen has tons of cabinets and the island is huge. The combined family/dining/kitchen room is huge, yet very cozy. The master bedroom is cozy yet holds our king bed and three large pieces of furniture with ease. And the master closet is basically the size of a small bedroom. KB landscaped nicely and our driveway holds four cars easily, unlike all the others we looked at. Overall, very pleased!

So pleased, comfortable & blessed to have our own stand alone home with garage after years of living in army quarters. Nicest, reliable people to work with - we are really home sweet home!!

Ask questions even the ones you think are common sense, because when I finally moved in I was shocked that stuff I thought was common and found in almost every apartment was not available. I still haven't unpacked my bathroom because I don't have any where to put my stuff because nobody advised to upgrade to cupboards with drawers. Very frustrating.

My wife and I love our new home and the location. Our salesman was wonderful, he took the time to explain everything that would be happening..guesstimating on the timeline of how fast/slow things would happen. He answered all of our questions. Our first walk thru on the house went well and what we found wrong wasn't that bad. The disappointment has been getting the problems taken care of that were pointed out prior to our move in.

Overall a great experience, however like any builder you will need to make sure you are keeping track of everything that is supposed to be a part of your home and checking progress regularly. Our superintendent was great and always reachable. I would purchase from KB again.

I think KB could use some updates with the kitchen appliances that they choose as well as updating the kitchen counter tops to give everything a more modern look, quality door knobs is a must!

My husband and I bought our first home with KB Home and it turned out better than we expected. Alexandria from the Home studio was very patient with us and allowed us to take our time and picking out the designs. Jayson did most of our financial information and explained/even extended himself to explain things. My one critique with the financing department is for them to allow buyers more time i.e a week at least to lock in rates or any other important decisions when purchasing a home, I did not appreciate being rushed into a decision. Lastly our super Joe, overall Joe did a very good job with his knowledge on the materials/making of the home. I can’t fully put this on Joe but we did feel rushed to closing even though it was quite a few important things not completely done with our home. We still have exterior items needing to be fixed and have not heard of an ETA on those fixings. Another thing I would like to add which really disappointed us, is the day we closed on our home the keys given to us by Joe to our house did not work. We planned on moving into the home the very next day and not being able to get into the home the night prior or not receiving any response after hours was disappointing. getting discrepancies fixed in a timely manner would be the only thing that would make this experience most excellent. we've been in property 40 days, still waiting for thing to get finished.

Communication was horrible when it came to updates or just anything in general. I had to ask what was going on or if anything had changed. It got to the point where I took the initiative and checked on my own with the permits, construction, etc. I love my home but the experience could have been a lot better. Not to mention my home was delayed for over 30 days because of the first superintendent leaving and nobody gave notice to the homeowners about it.

Good experience buying a KB Home. Love the house, but sloppy work from contractors. Slow process getting defects fixed.

We were amazed by the time and effort put into helping us make our home our own. The selections are amazing and plentiful. Even with COVID they were able to timely plan with us and provide ample time to get selections down.

I was able to close on my house sooner with the builder being done before the expected date.

Happy with the KB Home. Many unfinished issues that are taking a long time to get done. KB selling rep. was great. The house is very comfortable, the layout is very functional. The neighborhood is very good.

KB Home builds a beautiful home. Because they are not using there normal contractors our home has a lot of issues that still haven't been resolved. In the final phase of our home before we moved in, they didn't take the time to pay attention to the details of completing our home correctly.

Writing reviews is a good thing. But when you move into a new home and things are not right. I'm not a happy home owner. Too many problems in this home and nothing has been done about the problems I'm having. I need someone visit my home to see and understand why I'm not a happy homeowner and should be.
