On-site Project Manager/Superintendent, Jodie, does an outstanding job in responding to any questions or issues. He deserves a 10 star rating and he needs to get some manpower resources on the KB side to help his outstanding efforts.

My experience with KB homes was pleasant.

I like my KB townhome a great deal and find that the building is high quality and the supervisor is extremely helpful as I transition through the buying, moving and living process. I am extremely disappointed in KB home loan who sold the loan within two weeks and the Second lending institution sold the loan again. Two months living here and three banks. It’s outrageous that customers have to go through the inconvenience of chasing banks to pay their mortgage. This needs to be rethought and changed to focus on the Customer/buyer experience and not the money grab that comes with the continuous selling of mortgage loans. Had our up’s and down’s with closing date that kept changing month to month.

Our experience with the design center was very frustrating. We were unable to get all the upgrades we wanted due to cost restrictions. The building manager ( Brian ) was awesome, he was very responsive and helpful for what ever our needs.

I'm very happy with the house however after living there for a month we've got some issues with house. Heating is not working, nails protruding on the carpet and problem with bathroom door

I would definitely recommend going with KB! The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. When we had a couple of things that needed touched up, they came and took care of it right away. I love my new home!

The overall home-buying experience with the financial portion was awful. Had to send it my documents multiple times and not much communication then to pass us to another lender. Rick with construction has made this process great. He responds to any new issues that we have with the hike of the house. The overall price of the house would of been fine if a fence was added. Fencing needs to be added to the property for it to be perfect

Very knowledgeable and professional

Check everything before you move in walls, floors ceilings and diagram. For the most they were pretty fast to come fix the items that were wrong.

Home was delivered as a functional turn key house but lacked attention to detail on many finishing touches.

Just really stay on top of your house being built

This year was affected with raw material delays but the kb team kept us well informed

KB has a good variety of floor plans and is focused on energy efficient homes which is a nice feature. You are limited on structural changes and upgrade items but overall it's a good value and well built home. They are easy to work with including their loan department and will work resolve any issues you may have.

Overall I am happy with my home and any issues I’ve had, Cody has been awesome in resolving everything.

I really enjoyed buying my first home with Kb. The buying process was weird so to me being remote most of the times. The major problems came with communication. It was times where I’d bring up an issue that myself or my lender needed an answer too and wouldn’t hear back for days. Also upon moving in there was and still is problem such as the appliances in my home that have not been addressed.

They did a good job considering the current challenges of the market. It had some bumps in the way but overall I am happy and feel like I got a great house.

I must say the initial process of working with Derek and Andrea was GREAT. They walk me through and explain everything that I needed to do to make sure I wasaproved.

How the Jonathan one of the Superintendent was helpful and always answering our questions. Always their when something needs to get done. How Demetrious is always trying to work with us with how things are and letting us know if things are getting done and else need to get done.
