Process was seamless from the sales office to building to lending. Everyone was professional and kept us up to date. All in all a wonderful experience.

Been here for almost 2 months and still don’t have my fence up because HOA won’t get back to me. I’m honestly super disappointed with KBHS for not answering quickly. I have my back fence and side fence with the hoa and both are on my property. Been trying to get this figured out so I can get my fence up

The quality of workmanship was definitely lacking. It was obvious that the drywall and paint teams took no pride in what they were doing. I’ve had them back twice as they had to fix one of their repairs. I’m still finding spots they missed.

There were some issues with thr electrical. We had things wired so we could install lights and it took 4 hours to put up 4 coach lights because of poor workmanship. We have been in thr house for 4 weeks now and I not sure what else we will find as we go.

The KB home I purchased was found by my broker after two weeks of searching for a home, and I was concerned that I wouldn't find the right home for my family. But once we were shown our home, I was ready to buy it. It was beautiful, well-presented, and the sales staff was excellent. I had a water leak after moving in that caused some damage, but KB was fast and helpful as they took care of everything and made it even better than it was before. I highly recommend KB as your builder.

Quick to build, quick to move on.

KB will work their tail off to make sure you are satisfied. Really appreciated everyone reaching out and focusing on customer service. Would absolutely recommend.

Need to improve on design studio appointments and flexibility

From David our salesman to Amy at the design center back to Joe our supervisor for the build, we could not be happier! Matt also helped out when Joe was not there. This is the 3rd house we have had built and by far the best experience!

We have had issues with flooring, a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom, and the exterior paint. These concerns were addressed promptly but after a month repairs have not been made.

Fadell is the best property manager I have seen in 30 years!

Final building details must be improved,

The sales staff and mortgage team CP and Cindy were awesome! Johnathan the construction super was very attentive and fast in responding. I have no issues with the Magnolia Grove jax KB team. I would say my issue is with the quality of the sheet rock and flooring construction sub contractors . They did not pay attention to details. Be sure to watch their work. Be sure that floors, walls, and windows are level and square- as ours was not. We have crooked and uneven walls windows floors and ceiling. Apart from the cosmetics, the house seems to be sturdy. The exterior looks perfect. I cannot complain about the design or construction of the outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars to responsiveness is because I used the KB 800 number to resolve warranty issues. They are pretty much useless. The KB construction super (Johnathan) deserves 10 stars for his fast response being to sole person responsible for rectifying our issues. The KB team we worked with were and are 100% trust worthy. Had a great experience buying and building our home with kb at logan pointe in jacksonville

The construction was good, the house looks great. Some very small details needed to be fixed but they are working on it... Everything good.

The home building process was fun, timely, and professional. Any questions I had along the way were answered quickly and confidently. Any initial repairs were also handled in a timely and friendly way as well.

KB Home was wonderful to work with in all areas of the buying experience. From starting with our wonderful sales person, Lucy, to the Design Center with Kristina (so much fun picking from all of the beautiful options) to working with our fantastic Superintendent, Justin! Everyone made sure all of our expectations were met and we were completely happy with our new home!

I’m very much Pls wth the work KBHOMES put into making my dream come alive again for home ownership.

The entire team was very helpful in securing the home as well as the home loan and insurance. Sales staff was very informative, the builder answered all my questions and whenever there was anything that needed attention, it was takes care of in a timely manner.

The team at KB Home are well trained and easy to interact with. Always willing to assist or office guidance with any questions asked of them.
