All work was expedited in a timely fashion, anything I needed after the sale was fixed with the Help of Will in Castine Cove.

The KB superintendent Fidel was great! He was super responsive and took care of any issues very quickly. I would buy another KB home again as long as I could have Fidel as my point of contact!

Home layout is great and just the right size. Neighborhood is small and quiet. Rob was a fantastic salesman to work with. Extremely helpful in finding funding and working through issues. Logan and Tyler have been great supers to respond to questions and issues.

From the beginning of the process of sitting down with the KB salesman to picking out the items we wanted in our home to the building, financing and finally moving in the process went smoothly. KB's finance Department was very helpful and friendly and professional, it was a pleasure working with them. The construction crew gave me weekly updates and actually where able to move up our closing date due to our needs and still were able to meet expectations of a nicely built home.

So happy everything was on time and just happy to be in our forever home.

Sales great, home is build well good value for price. However, coordinating follow up to resolve issues needs attention. Coordinator for this project does not communicate of complete followup timely. This can be very frustrating.

The value for the price we paid for our new home is okay, despite the continued issues before after move in. However, the communication and service from the construction team and lender were very disappointing. I would highly recommend that future homebuyers stay far far away from KB.

The whole process from sales (Bobby - awesome) to fixing stuff after moving in (Andre - fantastic) was pretty seamless. Everyone has been helpful and quick to respond when we’ve had a question or issue.

Customer service after my move in was bad and i would suggest the team at least to respond if customer is calling. Dry wall after fixing my bathroom pan is left for more than 20 days during the period of Thanksgiving. I have called customer service but no response yet.

We got a great home. Our sales person Angie and Contruction Manager Brian where on top of everything. I would definitely recomend a KB Home. There were some minor problems that were fix right away. The best thing was getting our home ahead of time. Thanks Angie and Brian for a great home.

The builders were rushed and did a poor job on details. They wouldn't allow me an additional day. I had to close on August 20th. If they had held off for another month, the issue I have wouldn't exist. The paint job is poor, the cracks in almost all corners in the Master bathroom weren't sealed. Cracked tile in the master bath and instead of replacing it the put grout on it. Wood around the island is not flush, it puckers in the corners. All these thing couldn't be seen unless looking very closely. I've had three different contractors from the time the building of my house to now. The last two have had to deal with all the issue that I've discovered. They're really good at helping with the repairs. I'm disappointed with the way my house was built. If I ever purchase another home I will be at the house everyday watching closely, unfortunately I wasn't in the same state. That was a downfall for me. The should be taking money off the amount I owe for the house, all the trouble i'm going through. ... More

We have made several complaints, we were told certain things before buying and now those things are not true. We have had not one thing done with quality in the home, have had issues with door hinges coming off, windows with scratches on them, broken doors, chipped tile, broken and chipped cabinets, flaws in our counter tops, issues with plumbing, poor craftsmanship of walls, power sockets, trim, tile in bathrooms, sprinklers on wrong property, holes in our driveway, dents in cabinets and front door and roof, uneven work done, the stone on the front of house looks sloppy. And now to be having to deal with all of this and taking time off work to have contractors come back to fix things that should have been done right the first time is unacceptable. We are regretting buying this home due to its poor quality and lack of response from management. We have been in the home for 2 months and still have several issues that we are waiting to be addressed. Would never recommend anyone to buy from KB. ... More

We were not thrilled with our realtor as the updates were always 2 weeks behind, we didn’t receive our mailbox keys once we closed and then I had to drive out of my way to get them to avoid my power being turned off, and we initially had to change lots from our original pick which put us a month behind. Our superintendent was awesome and really helped with our experience. He always addressed all of our issues and never seemed annoyed with questions or concerns. He kept us up to date throughout the process as well. Overall quality of home was good and I’m happy for the price, I was not thrilled with the tile in the bathroom shower and paint on doors; thankfully we didn’t upgrade our bathrooms and planned to do it in the future. ... KB really needs to do a review of the landscaping subcontractors. Too many weeds in the sod, sod placed with gaps in between. It will eventually grow together, but will take a couple of growing seasons. Each home is elevated, which is good in case of flooding, but leaves a water-logged trench between the homes, after a heavy rain, which takes days to dry out due to sunlight only hitting the areas for a short time due to the zero-lot-line layout of the development. So far, I am very happy with the construction of the house.
