On-site Project Manager/Superintendent, Jodie, does an outstanding job in responding to any questions or issues. He deserves a 10 star rating and he needs to get some manpower resources on the KB side to help his outstanding efforts.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE - NAZ is responsive until we completed our sale but KBHOME credits were not given as expected and upon checking lookslike policies were changed after initiated our talk so we thought like KB HOME should have stick to their words regarding the closing credit. LOAN ORIGINATOR - DERRICK is helpful and provides us required details upon checking with him whenever needed. Construction Manager - Always responsive and provides us the updates quickly

The new home was reviewed & things pointed out that needed fixed. Painting not completed, saw marks in siding, floors not clean & needed acid washed after moving in. Screws missing out of hinges. Furnace filter up side down. Over all not cleaned. Light dim & flickering in bathroom. So while I was gone getting more of our belongings the superintendent RJ bribed my wife with giving him 10’s across the board & he would give us a glass front door. When I did not give all 10’s he would not give her the door. He did nothing for us except to fix the things that was needed & their responsibility. The only thing RJ did was painted our porchs. The other guy (Superintendent) that was here during our guy gone had our fans place in & placed garage door openers in do to the mix up with not able to sign while we were there in Florida. Bribery is not the way to do business when you want a bouns from your company because of an Evaluation, that only had fact in it!! ... More

Great experience. We moved from 3 miles away to this community. Our sales rep and home design rep were great to work with. Our superintendent we spent the most time with was easy to communicate with and adressed all the little details pointed out for fine tuning. I would recommend friends and family for sure.

Dustin and Chris are great guys and were always on top of things and resolve any issues/ findings

Sold me a lot then built guest parking on part of my property. Awaiting what they are going to do, otherwise need to take legal counsel. Didn’t even have on the lot map they were adding guest parking near my home. Who wants strangers coming and going outside their doorstep? Contractors constantly over due to faulty and incomplete construction. All promises things would be fixed. Still dealing with humidity problems, AC problems, plumbing problems, electrical problems. No one cares. Never ends. Already contacted a realtor to sell my home but KB dropped sales pricing and offering better incentives now, 2 months after close, so looking to loose a ton. Stay away. ... Best response by construction superintendent.

I like my KB townhome a great deal and find that the building is high quality and the supervisor is extremely helpful as I transition through the buying, moving and living process. I am extremely disappointed in KB home loan who sold the loan within two weeks and the Second lending institution sold the loan again. Two months living here and three banks. It’s outrageous that customers have to go through the inconvenience of chasing banks to pay their mortgage. This needs to be rethought and changed to focus on the Customer/buyer experience and not the money grab that comes with the continuous selling of mortgage loans. This is a waste of my time. I wish I could take back the 5 star review regarding our supervisor Stacy. I have nothing positive to say here.

Smooth and easy process from purchasing, financing, building to closing, very happy and satisfied, thank you all the team for the help and support in this journey!

There are many builders to choose from, however, we found KB Home to provide the most custom options, with the ability to select any lot that will fit your home selection. From sales and site selection to structural and design options, to the construction process and follow through, KB Homes did a superior job. Everyone engaged was professional and they went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. We are thrilled with our home, thank you KB.

Our reps at KB were all great to work with. They communicated regularly and were all very responsive.

Our experience with the design center was very frustrating. We were unable to get all the upgrades we wanted due to cost restrictions. The building manager ( Brian ) was awesome, he was very responsive and helpful for what ever our needs.

Buyer beware. House was great, great building superindent ( very important). Land services were shoddy. Landscaping was terrible. Lot not level, large drop off but on my property.

Happy with the team

I think KB could use some updates with the kitchen appliances that they choose as well as updating the kitchen counter tops to give everything a more modern look, quality door knobs is a must!

Working with our sales advisor Michelle and with our superintendent, Dustin during and post construction made building our house remotely a pleasure. They communicated regularly at each significant phase of construction, provided trustworthy advice, and are still here to address our needs post closing. Couldn’t have gone better. It’s unlikely we will want to move from our dream home, if we did, we would build with KB homes again!

Make sure the house meets your expectation before sign ready move in and closing. Don't trust whatever superintendent promise. He will forget when step to your home door.

Our last construction supervisor was outstanding at making sure that we closed on our original date after taking over for another supervisor. Any post move in repairs gave been handled quickly and satisfactory.
