Our experience with KB has been excellent, the salesperson Nancy was attentive with our real estate agent when she needed to be, KB was very accomodating to us once we were in contract as far as access to the home. Melissa the Project Manager has been very communicative & attentive with addressing issues prior to and after the closing. I recommend this builder everyday.

As a first time homebuyer I thought buying new would keep me from having to fix things. That has not been the case. I have a garage that gets wet when it rains, dinged and scratched “upgraded cabinets” that were “fixed” instead of being replaced, the siding in my entryway looks horrible, a chunk of concrete missing from entry way, scratches on most doors throughout the house, hollow sections of the flooring, nicked bathtub, missed grout spots on bathrooms, nails sticking out the trim, paint on door hinges throughout the house, scratches on sliding door, the garage floor is cracking, etc. So far, the people that have come out to fix some of these issues just patch things up and sometimes end up looking the same. ... The quality of the house looks like it's not brand new it look like it's 5 years old with alot of problems need to be fixed because of rush work on the house. The house cost too much money to have too many problems.

Overall, I am happy with my new home. I did a few upgrades after closing which for the price of the home should have been included since I bought their highest priced house.

Spending almost half of a million dollar for this 2566 plan house, I found several poor workmanship from bent, crack pre-drywall structural wood to uneven corners of drywall installation. Everything seems built in rapid manner with lack of attention to detail.

Everything was great and Madison was awesome.

Stacy was incredible. If there were ever any issues, she took care of them right away! She is so sweet and knows yer stuff! KB is lucky to have her.

I'm very happy with the house however after living there for a month we've got some issues with house. Heating is not working, nails protruding on the carpet and problem with bathroom door

The whole KB home team is outstanding, from the first day to the last day. Every question asked was answered. We asked for a rush, and they jumped through hoops to get the home to us. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone.

Chris has been exceptional! Makes and always keeps promises…then follows up to ensure we are/were satisfied. Honest. Professional. Very conscientious. Consistently & promptly responds to phone calls. Knows his product, his partners, & his customers (i.e., us) very well because he cares! Very impressive!

Our direct contact with the builder was through Melissa. She was great in responding to our concerns and issues. The fact that there were (and continue to be) so many issues with this home is disappointing. The craftsmanship and materials (painting, woodwork, even cement) used for this home leaves a lot to be desired. Less than a month inside the home and basic installation issues continue. We are on our 3rd refrigerator, the cement in the garage is a joke. The sod for landscaping is full of weeds. The rear screen door has already been replaced (apparently damaged when they resurfaced part of the patio cement for a 3rd time) and we just found another hole in one of the window screens. The bathtubs had rust stains that had to be removed and the HVAC installation was flawed. Again, let me be clear, Melissa has been great in addressing these issues, but she cannot complete the necessary delivery and service herself. When the 2nd refrigerator was removed, they damaged the front door, which now needs to be repainted. I have purchased 3 new homes in my life and NEVER have I had to have so many call-backs to repair faulty installation. I have never seen such shotty painting (paint drops on the screens and outdoor shrubs). I have only referenced some of the issues we have faced. To make matters worse, I have talked to some of the neighbors who have faced similar issues. My Superintendent Dustin was absolutely wonderful !! Also, from the time of ground breaking, to closing, was just over 3 months.

Paint all over the floors and kitchen appliances that we now have to remove. Not happy at all.

Such a pleasant experience. Kerry Abt was helpful, accommodating and informative in the search of the perfect home. Brandon made things top notch and followed through with a gentleman like approach! Great experience and great staff!

House was not ready at closing. Stated things would be handled shortly after. Now over a month still having unresolved issues including neighborhood infrastructure still not ready. Yard grading is terrible. Landscaping installed half dead. Was made to close way to fast and early. House should of been completed before closing

Worked with amazing KB staffs, Rick, Kerry, and Brandon. They are always available for any queries we have and so far very happy with our house. No any issues.

I did my closing on August (two months ago) and I’m starting to have issues with the home pertaining to roofing, walls tearing out and breaking, squeaking floors on the second floor, loose toilets. Definitely not satisfied with KB Home, they rushed at the end to closing and for this reason I will not recommend this home builder. Comparing with other home builder that I’ve seen, KB have lower construction standards by far.

From the day we signed the contract with KB Homes and when we moved in, we have been so happy with the home and service we are receiving, which is very important especially now a days. We have been working with Michelle and Mike on everything and they are so easy and nice to work with. They certainly are in the right business and know how to treat their homeowners.
