Good overall experience. House was given good condition

I would definitely recommend going with KB! The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. When we had a couple of things that needed touched up, they came and took care of it right away. I love my new home!

It was a little bit stressfull, but at the same time a New experience from the begining till the end, sean how they built fron foundation to finishing step by step and all the process, from buying, built to closing.

I have been called emailed very frequently and asked to provide the survey -we have not moved in so don't know yet since could not handle the frequent calls so completing

I’ve had several issues that were promised to be fixed and have not been fixed with no updates or responses.

Brandon has been a big help getting our home up and running. He has jumped through hoops to make sure our home is top notch. I would recommend KB Homes to anyone. Thanks.

We love our home. They built it in good time and also has a great open concept for our family.

Overall our new home is beautiful. But we have a few quality issues from drywall, paint, plumbing, shower tile inadequate tile/ grout installation, internet cable that was installed is not compatible with provider and floor foundation / garage floor cracks. The issue are slowly being resolved. We have been told many times the floor concrete cracks are common in Florida. This is new to me. Moving from Virginia, we have not experience this problem. Even though the house is new, we did have a home inspection prior to closing. I would recommend this to future home buyers. From start to finish. We had a great experience. Smooth sailing.

From day 1, everyone I had contact with made it an easy and stress free process. Chris walked me through the available homes and floor plans; pointing out the different upgrades in each. Jayson and Myrna guided me through the mortgage process and kept me informed of where I was and what I needed. The construction manager, Patrick has been wonderful throughout this whole thing from pre to post closing; checking up on me and making sure things are getting done or still going well. What I thought was going to be extremely stressful ended up being a smooth and personable experience.

House looks like it was built in a rush. No quality control was implemented though the building process; lots of details were overlooked. Response to repair issues with the house extremely slow to none.

When we started out with KB it felt like there was a rush to get things done from the start to the finish. The day before the closing was a rush as documents that should have been submitted to us for final review weeks before was still not completed for review and they were constantly running the numbers even though nothing had changed. Mortgage Department one person she knows herself left me and my husband off the deed. Now I have been left with the headache of getting that sorted out. When we did the Design Studio appointment had one person doubled up on our upgrades twice . Once during the video appointment and the other time on the final document. I pointed it out to her and she told me their was no error. She changed it on the system overnight and submitted it the next day without acknowledging her error. I print all documents before so I can review before i signing. She needs more training. KB needs to put up more and clearer signs so that people do not get lost trying to find this community. I am Constantly on the phone directing Uber, delivery company and fast food companies as the GPS is sending them to the neighboring community . Mail Boxes are located 15 minutes away walking. That does not make any sense. Each community has a cul-de-sac why not put them at the end of each community. There is no recycle or garbage pick up in this community as it still under construction. I have a very long list of things to fix. I have biting ants in my kitchen no food left out they were also on the carpet and outside on the patio. Shower pipe in master bathroom the water pressure is so low i can hardly take a shower. Too many things to speak on. Now we have moved into the area. Angie and Richard has always been very nice throughout this process. I have been here a week and no one has come to welcome us to the area. I have met a few of the neighbors really very nice who mentioned they have received gift baskets and gift cards. I am still waiting on mine not feeling very appreciated after spending all that money with KB. KB All your buyer's should be treated the same. We should all feel welcome. The overall home-buying experience with the financial portion was awful. Had to send it my documents multiple times and not much communication then to pass us to another lender. Rick with construction has made this process great. He responds to any new issues that we have with the hike of the house. The overall price of the house would of been fine if a fence was added. Fencing needs to be added to the property for it to be perfect

Total and complete disappointment. I would never recommend KB homes to anyone I know. If I could give a zero as a score, I would.

Wonderful experience with Kerry and Brandon while building our home and after the fact. Everyone has been very responsive in getting things taken care of. We love our new home!!

A month before closing we saw issues with the home that needed to be fixed, in order to delay the closing we inquired prior to the walk through. They said all issues would be addressed the same week and closing and be resolved quickly before closing. I closed on 23 June and it is now 11 August and I still have several items from my initial walkthrough that should have been fixed.

Nice finishes and budget friendly

With rushed timelines and first time buying a new contraction it was a long process. After getting to closing the construction team and sales team here great and have been very responsive.

Great experience, especially with the sales and builder side. Richard was great from the beginning.

Belynda, Tori, and Richard were all helpful in the process of us buying our first home. Even though things got stressful at times they made the process go very smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend KB to my friends and family members looking to purchase a home
