They build the houses in less than 5 months, and close them. Then all the issues show up once the homeowner is living in the property… So get used to living in a construction zone while they repair what should have been done right from the beginning…

Everyone really is doing their best to make the experience easy and smooth. From start to finish and after they really care for you to have a great experience.

From showing of homes and styles to loan officers and closing!! It was so smooth and I can't leave out the showroom person as well, and the contractor of construction

We bought our home virtually from NYC. The representatives from KB supported us through the process better than we could have imagined. Our sales manager, Andy is fantastic! He kept us abreast from beginning to end. Marissa from the Design Studio was so patient with our virtual meeting. Hector and Wilfred our Construction Managers were very responsive. Hector replies to all our calls. We cannot say enough about Ashley from the Warranty Office. She has responded to our punch list of open items post closing (which were not many) and by this week the majority of them should be closed. Had a very enjoyable experience buying a new KBHome

Well, overall this was a good buying experience for me. I should mention that this was not my first home buying experience but it was a first new build purchase & first in the state of Florida; I am from the Northeast. Doing things from that far away was a challenge. I was glad that I was well versed! My star rating would have been a 4 & 1/2 but there is no half-star so I keep it at 4*

Overall, the home buying process was seamless. The KB home team was very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I have encountered some minor issues where some has been addressed due to contractor errors. There are some that I have encountered and are awaiting resolution. In comparison to some of the horror stories that I have heard I am thankful for only minor problems. I do get a third party inspection and will get another closer to my one year mark.

This purchase was my very first home purchase. I've tried in the past to buy a home and it didn't work out, I unfortunitely had a not so great experience with other leadership, they made me feel as if my small deposit and fair credit I could never be a homeowner. This made me very dicouraged. Years went by before I tried again and I'm glad I did. KB Homes made me feel Hopefully again and they did everything in their power for my dreams to be a homeowner true. They were consistant and always communicated with me about everything. They even helped me get into a program to build my credit so I can get a better deal on my home. Purchasing a KB home was such a great experience from beginning to end. Being welcomed by Andy with open arms made me feel warm. Even after buying the home Wilfredo and Ashley are always just a text away. Thank you to the amazing work from the KB team. We love are new home!

Enjoyable experience with KB Homes

I like my home.

I love how organized and efficient KB Home is. From the warm and friendly sales counselor to the construction process and follow-up, they delivered, as promised, a well built, energy efficient home.

The whole process was amazing but the best part was finally moving in. House was build pretty quick and well build. The whole team was very respectful and responsive. Pedro who was my sales representative did an amazing job keeping updated with anything corporate related. Hector who was the superintendent didn’t let me miss anything as far as building process, super awesome guy. KB Homes is the way to go, you will get your build house like no other.

The builder team Yohara is amazing. Always communication with me. She is great person.

So far no problems. Chris and Juan have been very helpful throughout the process. The only bad review is the loan process and the title company. They bring the whole experience lower.

we had a few minor issues after moving in .. Alex was very responsive and had everything resolved in a timely manner.. very happy with new home purchase... it's a nice neighborhood and everything seems to be very energy efficient
