Excellent !! I would buy again with KB Home. The first quality treatment of both the sales staff and the construction team. They always answer my concerns.

The home is super energy efficient and very well built. I know because I sold lumber and building materials for over 40 years. I also built several homes in Pennsylvania and know that KB homes are built with extra care and quality.

The overall experience was good but the loan process was an ordeal due to covid reasons

Nicely built home, just a couple of design flaws, pertaining the kitchen light placement, the hallway light placement entering the home from the garage, no screen door for the patio and the driveway could be a little wider to accommodate two vehicles. In addition, the garbage and recycling cans need an area on the side of the house to be placed, most likely some type of cement platform.

I don't know if the workmanship went down because of the Covid19 and we ended up with 3 different contractors working on our house. We did not get many chance to walk the house until then end. We had brought up some issues and was told it was part of the build. I had also pointed out some stuff to be fixed in our final walk and because the walk was the afternoon before the signing I could not verify that they were not fixed. We had to rush the closing because of the pandemic because there were so many uncertainties and felt like we were threatened to cancel the sale if we did not do certain things. The whole experience was excellent. You have an outstanding crew working for you from Rod, Ed and everyone else. I would recommend your company to everyone. We did our research on builders in Central Florida and couldn't be more please with our selection of KB Home. They aren't the cheapest, but we fell like we got what you paid for. This is our forever home and we wanted to ensure we were picking a builder that we could feel comfortable with the quality of the workmanship. After move in, they've been quick to come address small issues that have creeped up (stuck door, paint and caulk touch-ups, etc). Very pleased after 6 weeks in.

My experience with KB Homes was great. My kids and I are very happy with our home! As a single parent, the whole experience was convenient. From sales to design studio, I felt informed on my options; then home insurance had an affordable and easy option straight through a company partner that communicated to the in financing directly. Everything was made simple for the busy life we lead. Our sales representative kept us informed on the progress of our home with text messages and pictures regularly, and our construction manager was easy to work with and kept us informed on all progress.

Paid alot of money and have alot of warranty items that could have and should have been fixed before closing. Closing was a horrible experience. Showed up at 10am for closing only to find out closing was cancelled and it wasn't KB Homes who told me about the cancellation or why. I had to make alot of phone calls that day to get to close. It was something that could have been avoided with a simple phone call on KB Homes part instead I had to make numerous calls to push the process thru. Double check your process the day prior to avoid any surprises. They won't call you!
