My experience with KB Home in Wilder Pines, Lakeland, FL has been frustrating. Since moving in, I’ve encountered ongoing issues with the quality and condition of my home. I’ve reached out to the customer service team several times, but the follow-up has been inconsistent, and many of my concerns remain unresolved. One of the most challenging aspects has been the lack of communication. Promises to return calls or provide updates have not been followed through, which has left me feeling overlooked during a time when support should be a priority. I expected better accountability and service after closing on my home. Unfortunately, my experience has not met those expectations. IT IS AMAZING BUSSINESES . GOOD JOB

The process with Kb Home has been interesting. On one hand, there are very nice floorplans and lots of options to semi customize your home. However, my experience was a bit challenging because no one shared details with me of the KB Home process. There were disconcerting moments with the sales department, design center, and with the loan processing department, in particular. I have had several challenges getting a response on some issues and currently even with the title company that KB Home uses.

Our build was set to be completed basically the date of KB Homes fiscal year, so they rushed to complete to get their numbers. A lot of the quality in the home is honestly rather subpar and shouldn't have been allowed. For instance, our door handle is crooked and missing screws, one of our doors is missing a hinge pin, our windows are installed weird, a couple of our pieces of drywall seem angled. KB Homes did a generally fine job, but there is definitely evidence that they were severely rushing the job.

All electricity and water have problems, insects throughout and outside. I tried to contact but they were too late to fix them

Cuando vas a comprar todos son amables, pero luego cuando tienes dudas o consultas ni te responden, y si lo hacen es de mala manera.

Desde el inicio fuimos atendidos muy cordialmente y mostrndonos todas las bondades del proyecto. Como todo proceso tal vez el de obtener el credito y que todo quede claro puede crear confusión, pero fue solucionado oportunamente y de manera muy profesional.

Everithing was very nice, all the staff of KB Homes was very helpful

We have moved many times over several decades and this is our 4th newly built home. Best experience of all. Great quality for the price. KB staff was great to work with through sales, loan process, design, construction, and post sale warranty. Our construction manager, Hector, was especially responsive to our requests. Minor issues pointed out during the and after the construction process were promptly addressed. I recommend that people looking for a quality home at a reasonable price consider KB.

Sales, design, and construction experience was simple and efficient. Follow up after closing was excellent. No complaints.
