Beautiful, good price and enough for me

Great experience. Builders are excellent and detail oriented receptionist is very helpful.

The process for the house I chose was good. Do not like the grass it was full with weeds

Just a heads up once you pass your 30 days in the home and have to deal with the warranty department you will sit and wait for them to get those items fix. You also do not get any updates so you are kept in the dark on the items that you submitted. So beware.

From Alan showing us the home and helping through the application process, to Santiago and Dia being available to answer all our questions, our first home buying experience was a pleasant one! Would recommend

After looking at existing and new construction homes in the Lakeland area, we came to the decision to buy a home in Hickory Ranch because of the quality of the homes, no CDD's, the smaller size of the community. So far we are overall satisfied with our decision, enjoying our new home and neighbors. We are still waiting on a few post-construction issues to be resolved with moving of sprinkler heads, resolving yard drainage issues and a few minor things, but all other issues have been resolved in a timely fashion. I am pleased with their after sales customer service but not too much with the sales agent. She was a little inexperienced and unprofessional from time to time.

The overall experience is good. Finance department felt shady. Upgrades were extremely costly. Real Estate agents were genuine. Second foreman was genuine and talented. First foreman was terrible. The subcontractors were hit or miss. The laborers need training. I can still see the seems on the ceiling through the knockdown, random patches and uneven corners that you don't notice in a walk through because the bigger things catch your eye. There's actually quite a list, but too long to type. It could have been worse. I've heard nightmare stories with other companies. My experience wasn't bad, just not perfect. We recently built and purchased our first KB Home and we love our new home! However there is some room for improvement with the home building communication process and the craftsmanship of the home. Our Superintendent has helped us a lot and his name is Wilfred. We look forward to seeing some future improvements as we're going to be building a second home for a family member in our same community in the upcoming weeks.

My experience was a true blessing. It started with meeting your sales coordinator, Juan. It continued with meeting my loan officer Pam. From there I was introduced to the underwriter Michelle. It got even better when I was introduced. And had the opportunity to work with Eli.

From the beginning I experienced irresponsibility, racism and disrespect to the costumer. My home has a broken tile,the banister is almost broken too, a skin with horrible quality and stained, the kitchen sink look like rusted. we were also asked to lie in order to give a good review to the company, the Superintendent offered us gifts if I gave her a good review. After that we started having more issues she ignored my messages, her name was Isabeau. So no, I won’t recommend this company AT ALL.
