My experience with KB home was terrible, aside from those in the design studio, it was a mess of lies and half truths. They were terrible at communicating with us and tried to close us into a house that was not finished. We had to take our issue up to the regional manager to get our house finished. I’m 60% sure they ignored my home inspector report since they never confirmed they fixed anything or we found things in our walkthrough that were pointed by the inspector. I would never recommend building with KB they are a horribly run organization from the sales office to the building. I would be very careful of KB loan as they give predatory loans and try to force people into above market rates using sellers credits ( this is illegal for those who don’t know). Houses are very big very good designs interior and exterior very good materials and finishes definitely will buy again

This was a great home buying experience, from start to finish.

We, and all of our neighbors were pressured into giving a good review. Our closing date was changed on a Friday at 445pm to the following Friday evening, when closing was supposed to happen Monday morning. When we told them that we already had made plans to move out of our apartment and would be homeless on Monday, they said the only way for us to close on time was if we said we were 100% satisfied with the house, even though there were tons of blue tape issues that still needed to be addressed. Had they told us about closing getting rescheduled just 2 days earlier, we wouldn’t have been compelled to lie on our closing survey. Excellent customer service and quality

We had a very positive and stress free experience buying our home from KB Homes.

Purchasing a new home in itself is hectic experience however KB Homes made it simple and worry free. The minor issues that arose were handled in a timelt manner and completely to our satisfaction. Kudos to Jordan and Mike, our construction managers, for coming through for us in an exceptional manner.

It was Great Buying a house from KB homes

Dahlia and Joey were great to work with. However, the underwriter(s) were terrible to work with. They made me feel I had to prove I was giving honest answers to anything and everything. Took them so long to do things that I needed to pay extra to get more time to close

Kb experience was good however their financing was not

We had the best sales person Lisa and then our contractor Tony was amazing updating us the process of the home and also our warranty person Mark he is top anything that needs to be done once I call him he response quickly. KB Homes is a great builder to buy a new home and prices are reasonable and affordable.

There were minor problems with the homes like any other product. Nothing is perfect. What made it exceptional were the people like Kyle, Hector and Anthony who responded immediately and did the repairs. This is what makes KB homes excellent.

From the beginning of the process to the end, it was excellent. Keep you update on all the steps. Highly recommend. A++++

We were looking forward to moving into something that was just ours and KB made that happen.

Since the first visit to last day at Title company, was so smooth. The communication between company and us was nice. We are very happy.
