Overall, this was a great experience for a first time buyer. Only thing that could have been better is more effective communication from the customer service team about signed forms. They dropped the ball there. But the build is great and they’ve fixed any issues quickly.

They are professional people, they know their job, excellent customer service and after sales service, I am very grateful for the support they gave us, especially Rodolfo and Kyle. Thank you so much,,

Everyone mentioned above has done a great job and continued to follow up after closing as well. Tony has been great with following up with me with any issues, and was punctual with his appointments for anything that needed to be looked at. He did a good job keeping his word and maintaining his integrity to us when anything came up with the house. I do hope he continues to follow up with me even now that we have closed. Camille was great as well. She did her best to keep us informed with updates on the house. While she did her job very well, I hope she continues to follow up with her buyers even after they move in. Other than that, she was very informative and honest with us, and that’s all we could’ve asked for at the end of the day. The KB Home buying experience was amazing. The process was seamless and I felt very confident going into my new home purchase. All of the team was very caring and ensured to address any concerns I had were taken care of.

Everything came together at the end. The design center was awesome. Our contacts Johnathan and Mike were both great to work with. We had good weekly updates on the progress. The list of things to correct is small but taking a while to get some of those items completed. Overall, a great experience.

Communication with our sales rep was excellent throughout the 11-month building period. We love Rita, she is not only a salesperson but a friend to our family now.

The purchase experience was excellent, Joe in the sales team always kept us up to date with the development of the construction by sending weekly videos of the progress, it was a very beautiful process in which I have to highlight Don Carlos who solved us all the details at the end, I also want to thank all the other people who were involved in this whole buying experience, such as Jackie, Fabian, Joy, Kyle, Lauren, thank you very much for all the favors received, I highly recommend KBH to do the dream of your new home come true.

Purchasing and construction department and personnel were exceptional. However, the person handling the warranty side---is totally unprofessional. If I known that this person --Carlos-- handled our warranty I would have never bought from KB homes. I have said let me have someone else handle any warranty issue---but so far I have not received any response.

This being our first house experience, everything was new and exciting! There where some stressful moments in the buying process, but the people at KB homes where very professional at meeting our needs. My overall experience with buying and building process with the people at KB Homes was very satisfying and I would encourage anyone looking to buy or build a home give KB Homes a call first!

Very good communication with customers

Very nicely built home. Excellent staff and good communication throughout the home building process and post closing. Warranty issues are handled in a timely manner.

Love how we were able to make the house exactly how we wanted it to be. Also very happy with the follow through after we closed to check on any minor issues. Would definitely recommend KB homes to others.

Communication was a little lack luster. Cracks in kitchen grout and moved in to a house already infested with ants and crickets.

During construction and prior to construction the salesman responded with any issues or questions I had. After closing KB personnel were responsive and any problem was handled in a timely manner.

I’d like for the rooms to be bigger .

Bryan did a good job and always available when we need help with something.

Solid home, however process at times feels rushed. Overall happy with experience
