Karen make you feel you are literally part of her family. Her knowledge and personal treatment made the while process the difference. Be ready for the underwriting process, is not an easygoing.

kB homes is really good, outstanding customer service with sales and the builder

It seems that this house was a rush build - which left a lot of deficiencies. The customer service and warranty team are diligently working on issues.

I am still waiting for some issues to be solved.

I love my new KB home but the responsiveness to issues that should have been resolved is horrible. Please continue to work on customer service after the house is sold.

I'm not happy about how much pressure on my getting in the home and the fact kb home's refuse to work with my realtor giving myself and her a very difficult time and most of the time I was asked for the same thing over and over again and I was rushed to get into the home,kb home's wouldn't wait until the sale of my other home, and the first construction manager was doing a good job sad to see him go

We were looking forward to moving into something that was just ours and KB made that happen.

Fantastic experience during the purchasing phase and the project engineer primary point of contact is excellent in assisting to take care of any concerns or questions during the walk-thru and move in periods. However, there have been a few items that have needed attention post-move in but the process for resolution is smooth and prompt. There are a few concerns about quality in materials used especially the interior paint which may require additional expense to repaint with a product that can be wiped down without exposing the underlying drywall. I would like to have seen a bit more space allocated to the extra bedrooms for my particular floor plan, even if it means making the great room/living room a bit smaller. Getting requests processed through the current KB Home contracted Home Owners Association (HOA) has been a more of a challenge than it should be. Mike and Rita did a great job of keeping me informed and handling small issues.

Great neighborhood! Jim the property manager is amazing. Still have a few kinks to work out.

Rita from Sales was great as was Mike from the construction team. However the mortgage team was not great and the warranty guys just stink. But bottom line, headaches aside we love our new home.

The experience was good at the beginning of the process,but it seemed there was a hurry to get it closed by the end of January. There was a chip on a tile of the floor and the back sliding glass door doesn't lock properly.

I loved the way in which Kb Home involved us in the entire construction process of the house, from time to time we had contact with Mr. Pet in charge of the construction of our house and we obtained weekly photos where we could see the evolution of this entire process, My husband and I were in New York but they always made us feel very close. Happy for having chosen Kb Home to build our house.

I am happy about my purchase, however felt for a first time buyer it could have went better

My experience with the KB home buying process was good. There were some issues: delays with material, communication and site construction manager. I believe some these issues could have been avoided with better communication. How ever in the end response some of the issues are currently being addressed.

This was an overall great experience. Dahlia was absolutely fantastic! The entire staff that I worked with, Mike the builder and Camille were so responsive and helpful. I always felt comfortable speaking with them and always trusted their views. Great experience.

I definitely see the value but for the times that we are in I felt that KBs standard feature aren’t enough. They almost force you to upgrade everything to have a updated home, which is unfair in my opinion as this is a new home. And not to mention all of the upgrades you are now making will make it harder for your house to appraise. I wish they went through the standard features before signing your contract. But at the end of it, we do love our home despite the disappointments through the process

The sales rep, studio staff and construction manager were extremely helpful and patient.

Be prepared for patience. the process was long but worth it.
