we love our new home great value for the money

It was quite easy and speedy. My own challenge was that they had to change loan officer 3 times during my process. After the change I had to resubmit every document which was stressful for me.

Chris- Building supervisor, Ingrid- sales, and Dave Building Super, these three are very professional and efficient. They were always checking in on us to make sure our home buying experience was the way we wanted it to be. They sent us pictures of the whole process from start to finish. They made sure we were happy with our home before we closed.

Purchasing our KB Home was such a great experience. Everyone was so helpful which made the process smooth and took a lot of worry and doubt off our shoulders.

Wouldn’t recommend using there financing, they gave me the run around completely and never were honest on where I was at with my loan. I ended up just using my financing instead and everything was done within 2 weeks.

Over all one of the better production builders, Very good financial team. Warranty work from the subcontractors and follow up is a little slow.

Nice home easy process to purchase

The home is everything I wished for. My only regret is not upgrading the home with a 6 foot lift.

I have lived in my house for 3 months now and I still have items that have not been fixed. Zero communication and the complaints that I have submitted have been tossed aside. They don’t care, they have their money and screw the consumer. Very disappointed in this company.

This was the worst home buying experience I’ve ever had. I will not recommend KB homes to any one of my friends, family or even my worst enemy. No one should ever have to deal with a lazy, unorganized, unprofessional group of people ever especially when buying a home. Buying a home is suppose to be an enjoyable experience this however was far from it. I’ve been moved into the home for 3 months and stuff is still not finished yet. They do not keep their word even if it’s on paper as contract. Worst company to deal with

I wouldn’t blame KB Homes for some of the issues we’ve had, or any of the managers doing everything we can to make sure we are satisfied. It’s more so the vendors and their workmanship needs a lot of work. Even when you make the warranty claim, they will do everything they can to explain that is how it’s suppose to be. That’s the targeted area of work needed. Overall 5 stars

Everyone at KB Home from our sales rep to the maintenance guys have been great. They are very friendly and responsive. We had a short list of minor things that needed fixing when we moved in and they got right on it. All of the workers are very friendly and helpful. Our home is beautiful and energy efficient. Haven't turned the air conditioning on yet.

KB must commit to improve providing a serious and profesional customer experience in every area of the process: Lending, realtor and inspections with construction manager. They really need to understand once they give you their word, they must honor it and respect that. They must add integrity and implement it into their core values.
