Love our home by KB Homes.

Kb is one of the worst company to deal with. If you have any issue with the home no one seem to be able to help. Stay away. Recently purchase less then 2 months ago. Having issue and no one cares. The worst experiences I have seen.

This has been, and continues to be, the most frustrating encounter I've ever had with a builder. Despite having a year and a half to construct the home, the same issues were repeatedly brought to their attention. The repairs carried out by KB were subpar and haphazard, resulting in the need for multiple returns, and the situation deteriorated with each attempt. We invested significant time to fulfill our obligations and be available when required, only to find them unprepared and tasks incomplete. Despite asking multiple times for confirmation of completion before our arrival, KB consistently deceived us. As two professionals with demanding schedules, we sacrificed valuable time off based on inaccurate closing dates. Additionally, we incurred financial losses due to missed rental opportunities and payments to third-party vendors engaged for necessary inspections. We closed on the house with outstanding items that remain open! What should have been an exciting moment was stolen from us. We closed on 10/6/2023 and still waiting on repairs to be coordinated. Warranty is unresponsive, does not reply in a timely manner, does not follow through with agreements in place, work orders were completed incorrectly, people are showing up without the proper resources to complete tasks, showing up unscheduled, and work completed is mediocre often times leaving more things to fix and clean up. Staff is condescending and tries to manipulate the customers into completing the survey with scores that are not merited, offering upgrades for higher scores. House wasn’t even completed on closing day and kb homes didn’t even have paperwork ready to close when they picked the date to close. Craftsman ship is disappointing. Got my microwave stolen while in building phase. Landscaping is dying and uneven and mostly dirt and grass. Sodding isn’t even up to code. Cracks In driveways and inside garage and only lived in for 2 months. They said the settling is “normal” but the cracks will only get worse down the road.

It was a pleasure working with the KB Homes team. From the sales representative Jamie, Project manager/Representative Mike and to our loan officer Grace, I thank all of them. They all worked so hard to be able to assist, answer all of my questions and to finally be able to make sure that everything is good with my house. Thank you all so much for everything you do! It was definitely a pleasure working with you guys. I highly recommended this home builder and their team. Kids and I LOVE our Home!

Make sure you double check all information given to you. I was given incorrect information that cost me 15k.

Our experience with KB was awesome! From Jamie, our sales associate, to Chris, our superintendent, to Stephanie in design studio, to the vendors/trades that were used, just awesome! This is our forever home and we have no regrets with going with KB

Awesome sales personnel, they work with you from the start and after closing. Construction manager is always there to help. KB loans will work strong with you so are able to close.

Bad experience with part of KB Home employes and quality of work

Bought in the same community where we had previously built two other homes. This time we did not get to select our own finishes, but it had a lake view, no neighbors to look at and on the cul-de-sac. Overall we are pleased with the home, it is well constructed for the price, not a mansion but meets all code requirements, had everything brand new and in the location that we were after. Sales team was easy to work with, professional and responsive.

Seamless home buying experience. First rate appliances. Real attention to any perceived issues after closing. This is my fourth new home in my life. This was a very smooth process.

We have been in the house for over 6 weeks and we are still waiting to get issues resolved. The fit and finish was really disappointing. The house was not cleaned when the movers showed up. All we got was empty promises.

Moving into a new house should be a wonderful experience. It's been a nightmare. I referred 2 people and now feel bad for them. I tell everyone I know to stay away. I still have issues after 2 months because KB hires the cheapest laborers amd then wonders why we as residents always call

Great effective team; prompt and action.

The time to build was too long for the size of the house. The quality of work is horrible. The neighborhood has a lot of self centered residents Wish I would have known. I would have looked elsewhere

Sales started out great, as time went along construction progressively got worse, sales had no answers builder had no answers, walls built where walls shouldn't be, vents were wrong etc. etc., 13months to close and still haven't had issues or promises kept but KB got paid and now here i am still cant open a window due to know screens, counter tops look like cigarette burns, we have back splash scheduled but we will see what happens with that...will not recommend to any one to buy here, my family bought 3 homes here and wish we hadn't.

Home delivery was delayed considerably. Two months after closing, there are still items pending to be closed such as shower enclosures.

Sales team was great. All other aspects from loan, construction, quality, craftsmanship, closing, to repairs has been a nightmare. Very disappointed in the product. There are major issues in every part of the home. Moved in and the AC, Ovens, electrical and plumbing all had major issues. 2 months in and we still do not have proper working air and still no ovens. Countertops that we paid extra for is cracked. Most of the electrical was wired incorrectly or not at all. Overall, the lack of detail, care and professionalism was missing. Not sure if it is incompetence or laziness or both. Either way we feel as if we were sold a lemon. We will NEVER EVER BUY KB homes again. Do your research!!!! Also, incorrect materials were used. Drywall does not even reach the floors. We have had at least 20 repairs so far and are awaiting many more to correct the issues. The construction manager who was in charge of our home lied to us multiple times causing us extreme stress about closing. We had no where to go, our storage unit was up, had to cancel movers and KB undelivered as promised multiple times. Finally closed with an incomplete home. We worked with a lot of people in the process of building our home. The office people we first met were great but only get you so far with questions and concerns. It was so difficult to get into our home and get things done and fixed because we felt forgotten and taken advantage of. I can’t imagine what other people in our new neighborhood are dealing with at this point. I will not be recommending KB to anyone nor will I ever plan to build with KB homes again.

House stiill missing shower glass, heat not working at all, A/C not working properly, air ducts does not flow,cabinetry for kitchen and batroom have poor quality,they damage the upgraded appliances and floor. They have a slow response for warranty, and the problems not fixed.

Nothing to complain about. They delivered what they promised. Happy with the community I purchased in. I will buy from KB again. No doubt about it.

Very poor workmanship. Poor communication and ability to get repairs done. We paid a lot of money for our home and all we asked was to make things right and that has been a real challenge.
