Do your research to know what is documents are required before buying.It made things a lot easier for me.

John and Vivian were very responsive and helpful with the process.

The layout of the home is wonderful. Wide open space. The finish carpentry was sub-standard but Robert was on top of it and had the problems resolved. I wish there were more options at the design center for light fixtures.

Work manager assigned to my building was not a great guy so they changed him to make my experience better.

We have great experience buying our home with KB homes. From day one, Vicky was very informative and answered all of our questions, she sends us pictures every week. Not only Vicky was very helpful, but the other people who works at kb home. For example, Vivian, Mark and the design studio team. One of the things we loved from the day one is that we were able to customize our home by adding extras like a 3rd bathroom in the four bedroom in a reasonable price. My experience with KB has been almost perfect. I absolutely love my home! That being said, as the days and weeks go by something pops up that needs correction. I’ll make 1 call or send 1 email to my CM or Sales manger and I’ll usually hear back from the trade by tbe end of the day. Home building is never a perfect process and I 100% get that! It’s nice to know I have a team like Carmelo & Robert behind me. I have 100% confidence that any and all minor issues will be corrected! My home-buying, loan, and showroom experiences were outstanding with KB Home. The trouble I had with KB Homes was the completion of my home. The home was three months late, and my project manager was not listening to my concerns. I moved in this February, still have several problems still not been resolved. KB homes are working to fix these issues but the process is very slow. However, my family and I do love our new home.

We got caught up with pandemic issues e.g. manual labor, equipment supplies but all in all they did their best to make it work.

The entire process and Experience were enjoyable.

So happy with our new home - have to say my favorite part was all the customization. I really valued the weekly updates from Ramon & Steve. They were very helpful and answered all our questions to our satisfaction.

I had a great experience buying a hole from KB.

My home is beautiful, and exactly as I wanted. There were a couple of hiccups in the building process, but they always responded quickly and fixed whatever the issue was. Now that I've lived here for almost 2 months I've noticed some small things that needed attention, and they have still responded quickly, and they have not given me any grief about fixing anything. I love the neighborhood as well because it is small and no CDD fees. Overall, I am very satisfied with my choice to go with KB Homes and I absolutely love my home.

I was VERY satisfied with my home and would purchase a KB home in the future based on my experience. The home is energy efficient, well built (my home inspector said so) and I was particularly impressed with the hybrid water heater! The only problems I have are: 1. standing water on the sides of the house due to poor grading or the fact that the houses are too close to drain well. 2. noticed that my lawn grass was not rooted properly either due to the builder not watering daily for the first 30 days or that it was already dried out when placed on the lot. This has caused my grass to shrivel and die in places unless we have continuous rain. 3. The worker who laid the tile left small pieces of concrete all over the floor instead of cleaning up after his work. This was disappointing. ... More

Contractor say will fix "issues" but you don't hear from him over 2 months.

Good experience overall but I wish there was more communication on certain things. There is a slope in my backyard which Im not fond of. I wish the location of placement of the AC unit was communicated to me before hand. Some minor issues with workmanship that are taking a long time to get resolved. Other than that all was good

KB lending portion wasn't very good at all.....builder and construction of home and house itself were excellent. Enough said. I'm done with filling out surveys.

After everything I have been thru the buying of my house, I just can say that with the professionalism and help of Jill H.(sales representative), Mariel G. (Design Studio manager) and with the help after the last walk thru and his fast action with the final details of Mark (project manager), my dream house can not be come true. The weekly calls from either our sales agent or the general contractor made the home building process remarkable and easy. Great communication the whole time!

It was pretty easy on picking out a style house I liked

We purchased a new home that was already planned, so didn't have the opportunity to visit the design center. However, the home was well planned and had a nice package of upgrades. Since moving in the team has been very responsive to any repairs needed. The sales team was responsive as well. Based on KB's reputation and current responses, I have peace of mind for the future.

Sales person Gabby was great, as well as the closing staff at the closing offices. The last construction manager we dealt during the final days of construction was also very helpful.
