From not knowing anything about home buying, we had the perfect sales agent ***** who explained everything to us. Tim at kb home loans was very knowledgeable. Deni in the design studio, She explained every specific detail and she had input on what would go well or what wouldn't go well? Or other options would go do instead. The entirety of the home buying process was a breeze! Everyone in sales, design, loans, and construction was so knowledgeable and willing to help us understand past, current, and future steps. I was concerned about build quality and reliability because of the post pandemic shortages of trades folks and material supplies and all that. I was told that the foreman is the key. KB came with great value in a great neighborhood in *****. The included features were really thoughtful for living in the area. Making design center choices was a little clunky, but they should get software to fix that. The consultant was really nice and helpful. The foreman turned out to be great too. My independent inspector said the build was solid and the site lead / foreman was elite in the valley. So I had a great experience. There are KB employees in Vegas that made it that way, so like any other American company, it may not always come together. But I for one am happy with KB in Sin City! ... More

Just about all of the KB Home employees we have met have been great to work with. Currently working through carpet pad and sub-floor quality issues for almost 2 months now.

My experience from start to finish was f*****less. I started with the sales office, my sales rep was *****, he was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. ***** made sure to pay attention and o every detail and gave weekly updates and even more updates and reminders with deadlines. Once I reached the design studio portion I worked with a woman name Rachel she was very kind and detailed, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable and sure. The person who over seen it all was ***** with the construction portion he was sure to provide updates, handled and concerns and always returned my calls or text messages, if ***** gave you a date or deadline he was sure to meet it. ... Devin (home building) and Annie (Loans) were amazing!

We were disappointed about the lack of a lighting in the den. The lighting in the bedroom near the front of the house was in the hallway and closet instead of the main bedroom. There was no cable connection is the same bedroom.

Overall, it was great experience! Kathryn did an amazing job from day one. Jesse was great explaining things within the home where things were located down to the warranty's. I would recommend KB and I would buy another investment property with KB which I will more than likely be doing.
