Close to perfect but once we moved in the responsiveness to issues stop. I’ve never heard from the manager. Hire a 3rd party inspector before closing to get the import bigger stuff taking care of before moving in. Overall the staff I worked with on day to day are amazing. (Loan officer & sales are amazing)

If we could give 10 stars we would! Jordan & Kat are the best! They went above and beyond in working with us and our Realtor to get the best price and options available at the time. They also sent weekly email updates and called or text us with updates. Took about 10 months from signing to receiving our keys. Weekly updates as well as in person meetings went well. Nik our KB Foreman was EXCELLENT and above and beyond for customer service. Any requests we had he completed in a timely manner. There was nothing Nik could not do or any of his crew. The KB Construction crew is very hardworking and responsive to issues! They have a ton of work on their hands at all times and can still find the time ensure all homebuyer needs are satisfied. They also reach out to make sure that tasks are finished when workers are sent to complete tasks.

The Sales team update with me weekly and never skip the routine. the quality of the home is exactly what I expect. I have an excellent experience with KB Home !

some things were sloppy on the build, wall was not done very well , bricks not aligned some bricks chipped, light on the porch painted over , stucco splattered on the wall of the yard and some splattered on front of the house and painted over. water pressure not very good.

I have to say 99% of this home is amazing, but there are some issues. Warranty claims get a response very quickly, however im learning you are at the mercy of whatever contractor installed that particular item. With that said I'm definitely glad I purchased the home.

The home building process took way longer than originally anticipated. I believe this was due to supply issues. However, there were multiple KB home staff communicating with me throughout the process. Alex was responsive to my questions regarding the building timeline. He ensured that the design and decor that I requested was in place. The house looks amazing! Sean and Jennifer were proactive during the loan approval process and would answer any questions that I had. I appreciated the fact that they understood that I really wanted to become a homeowner and they helped make it happen!

At first we were a little disappointed because we found a lot of things wrong after we moved into the house, but since then, we have had customer service agents and our sales person reach out to help s resolve our issues, which we really appreciate. Thank you!

Been in the house only a few months and we've already decided at the end of the year we're going to sell. Multiple issues including leaks, countertop issues, issues with appliances, paint issues , quality issues, customer service issues, landscaping issues, and more. Customer service has been extremely useless with the exception of one or two helpful incidents. I will never purchase another KB home in my life. What was supposed to be our forever home has now just turned into a short-term living situation.

The build is of good quality. There were some minor issues when moving in but were resolved promptly. With exception to an expensive water bill accrued because the irrigation valve was faulty, causing a small but expensive leak in the sprinkler system. I was hit with a $350 bill, that I have no choice to pay with the water district. Customer service was contacted and chose not to say say yes to doing the right thing. Apparently the warranty covers inside the home only. Working in the hospitality industry, we would have eaten the cost in order to preserve our reputation. However I believe KB is not entirely in accordance with its branding message “#1 in Customer Satisfaction”. KB and its lender will gain approx $800k between purchasing the home and interest accrued over 30 year loan. I would think that $275 would be something that could be written off, but I guess KB is solely interested in maximizing profit margins. At the expense of its customers. This is very unfortunate because the staff members I’ve worked with are wonderful dedicated professionals: Amber (realtor, who was very patient and kept us updated regularly ), Gina & Traci (loan officers, who were very patient in keeping us appraised) Paul (Superintendent, his easy going demeanor and passion for magic) & especially to Raymond (Asst Superintendent, whose gone above and beyond because he is Cleaner *read Relentless by Dwayne Grover) have been very professional and easy to work with. I feel the final product of the home was rushed. I felt there was definitely a push to close on the house and make the sale in order to meet 2022 goals for the company. Our superintendent did a first time walkthrough and the kitchen island was not yet completed the medicine cabinet was not installed in the guest bathroom. We’ve lived in the home for 2 months and have noticed drywall cracking on the ceiling, gray paint marks on the white walls. I just feel like the subcontractors and laborers were rushed to finish the job.

I recently moved to vegas and was able to see the build on a regular basis. I identified way too many issues during the build that would have been detrimental if waited until after the final walk through. For starters, I paid to have the entire house insulated, all interior walls also. We had a wind storm one weekend after the insulation was in place causing it to blow out and all over the house as well as outside. The following week, they started drywall but no one replaced the missing insulation! I used a hanger to slide through the joints to show the contractor after the drywall had been screwed into place. There is more spots missing as I am starting to find hollow sound/temp changes. But it should have not been dry walled if they saw insulation blown all over the place. Next, the corners were to be sharp edge 90° corners. They were mudding the walls when I noticed they were bullnose not what I asked for. Again no QC. I was told there was not an AC unit available for my house and asked if I would accept a temp to close and a replacement would come later. I declined but miraculously a unit was installed. I don’t think this is my unit but I am not an HVAC guy. It looks like the units from 10 years ago. Also, The window frames were cracked in multiple places but they only patched them with vinyl patch. My light switches are far from where they “normally” would be expected, to include the master bathroom switch is located under my towel rack!!! …. I am addressing issues that I am still finding… I been reaching out but after 3 emails to Customer service over 10 days, I finally had someone respond and now I have repairs scheduled for this week. It was over 9 months to build, they could have taken a few extra days to ensure quality was behind the build process… very disappointed to the point I wish I would have not closed on the house and just waited for a different opportunity to build…. ... I am very happy with the purchase of my new home. My house is exactly as I was expecting. KB homes helped me a lot throughout the entire process. I am extremely satisfied with my home. I truly recommend KB homes. I have the most beautiful house in Las Vegas. The house of my dreams!

This is the worst quality of work. The worst response times, and the most problem I have ever had w a new build ever. I would never buy another KB home. Never

The process during the home build was good, but once I closed there were plenty of exceptions that needed to be completed. Wished the home was more “move in ready” than what I walked into.
