I overall had a good experience with KB homes. Michelle and Holly with KB loans are both amazing. They’re diligent and quick to respond. They deserve more than 10 stars. Our home is so beautiful. Truly appreciate Louis, Tyler and their entire team for their hard work. We had a setback with our house finishing on time but Louis and Tyler worked hard to get us in our house sooner. I also appreciated Louis keeping us updated on pending orders while making sure we were content with everything. KB homes also has a 10 year warranty which I didn’t have with my old builder. Glen, Jeanette, Eric were all awesome throughout the entire process. They all made everything so simple and easy and we’re always available whenever needed.

The sales office and the studio office were great but the process after that not good at ALL, we still have lots of issues with the construction and materials. The finishing touches are still not good lots of mistakes not to count how many still not fix very disappointing this second time

Building experience was ok. Little attention to details with the finished product.

The price is right I got deal my house is beautiful.

They were very upfront with everything, I was updated throughout the whole process. House is wonderful, great value.

The experience with the sales department was horrible. Other than that, everyone else were wonderful, friendly, and responsive.

Mark was great and answered all my questions. He would go out of his way and make sure the my approved upgrade was properly installed. Design center was very easy and organized. Live the energy efficiency of the house.

Lived in my house less than 45 days and multiple things have broken, my garage wouldn’t work and then my washing machine broke. Brand new washing machine and trying to figure out who to contact and if it was under warranty or if I’m responsible to cover costs was frustrating. Everyone was pointing fingers at each other. I love my house but I feel like as a new build less than 60 days living in it I shouldn’t be having these many problems already.

Very nice home. Great workmanship. Everything works flawlessly.

I have had great experience with the sales staff. No complaints there. Quality of service by design studio staff and Quality of craftsmanship by all trades need improvement. There were many repairs that took long time to be addressed and still one issue that has not been addressed. This issue isn’t primarily with KB home but with Sub contractors and KBHOMES not having control over sub contractors it hires.

Overall it is good work.

Great experience in buying our 2nd home in LV. Staff very friendly and accommodated our needs. Responsive and quality of home was excellent.

Overall home buying experience through KB was good. The quality of work not so good.. no way I should have a brand new home I closed in the summer of this year and my Air Conditioning unit isn’t working properly at all… KB prides itself on energy efficiency but I can’t tell when my energy and money is going out thru the roof..

It’s too early to rate this home on some of the questions (thus 3 stars). The buying process was pretty smooth and the people who helped us, like Sherry, were awesome!!!

The home building process was a little long but we’ll while the wait. Glenn and Ean was extremely helpful and did a great job guiding us each step of the way.
