From the beginning to end we had a great experience. Lots to learn when you are a first time home buyer and KB really walks you through each step of the building process.

My son, and I bought a home together. We loved the idea of a “new build.” We did not create our home from the ground up, but, we did find a “move in ready” property. We had a seamless experience, because of that. Amanda walked us through the property, and was in full contact with us, as well as my agent, throughout the whole purchasing process. She was just an email, or even a phone call, away. Still is!!! Jesse, the superintendent, did a thorough walk through with me, and showed me all of the features, and how they worked. I needed repair to my garage door, and Jesse handled that for us in less than a week. Everyone we have encountered, on our home buying journey, has been informative, caring, thorough, and trustworthy. Overall the building process was better than we anticipated. Communication and follow up was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and were very pleased with the final outcome.

My sales agent Vanessa was great. Gina loan agent was amazing and Henry the superintendent was great. Always right there to answer question and made sure things got corrected in a timely manner. Customer Service needs work

The team I worked with was amazing. They made my home purchasing experience a good one. They were quick to respond to any concerns or questions that I had. I had minor cosmetic concerns with the home, but nothing major. Besides, the superintendent was quick to respond to those concerns. Overall, I am happy.

That was great experience in building new home from 0. KB builders doing a great job.

John and Beth were great through out the purchase process. It was that helped us with the purchase of both properties at Qail Cove, John also followed up weekly with progress reports and pictures of both properties from the ground up to completion and closing of the properties. My brother and I really appreciated his help when ever we had a question.

From the very beginning we experienced a very pleasant home buying process. Laura is just awesome, she kept in touch and updated us regularly on the process and progress of our new home. Our experience with the KB design center had a couple of hiccups but they were able to work them out and everything turned out just as we had planned. Our superintendent, Skott has been very responsive and helpful in everything we have needed him to do with our new home. Amber, made it easy and smooth when we check and decide that we want the house. Easy to talk to. Tyler, was an amazing person he’s always responded if we have questions and or problems with our house. The quality of our new home is not that great, our expectations are high for a brand new house, the paints are uneven, the doors were broken also the restrooms need a retouch and lastly the 2nd floor making noise when you’re heading to the master room.

Jesse and Deann are great wholesome people who truly care.

Overall a good experience! Some bumps along the way, but it was mostly expected. People at the sales office tired hard to be helpful, but there are a few miscommunications and mistakes which took a lot of time to correct. On the other hand, KB home offers a good value for homebuyers with a lot of basic amenities included in the price, especially if you are a first time home owner.

KB Homes keep well connected with its clients. Their sales team kept me updated about the progress almost every week. Their Design team is very knowledgeable, helpful. They built the house weeks prior to the expected timeframe. One thing I like to suggest-- improve interior painting workmanship. Too thin coated paint makes it very flimsy and leave mark on the wall in case hit by even any soft bag. Few on-line video about how to complete warranty documentations, whom to contact (there are many parties involved--manufacturer, installer, KB reps) will help the home owners and reduce the number of phone calls to KB home CS. ... Kimara was great agent to have she was with me until I close the escrow. She even check on me after the closing escrow.

Space does not know how to utilize

For the most part KB does a great job billing homes. I think there product could be better with few improvements like at least put a prime coat of paint on garage. Thank You KB for great experience of owning a new home..

The home buying experience from the salesperson, the construction lead, to the bank applications was excellent. Quality of the lumber is a one out of 10. Now that the house is complete with sheet rock and painted, flooring laid and now settling. The cracks are showing up here and there..The placement of all the plants and trees is crap. For the amount that you pay for a house nowadays you could at least get choice and placement of all garden items. But you don't that would prevent me from buying from this organization ever again. Too many faults after the fact.
