Our builder communicated with us throughout the construction process - Both by phone and pictures (we were out of state). Once we moved in, his response to both little and big issues was/is phenomenal.

KB has the finest staff. From sales to loans and studio to the final phases and after closing the staff is there to make the seamless process to your personalized liking. I have to say that I'm completly satisfied.

I purchased a beautiful home. Everything was pretty close to perfect. I had an electrical issue and a HVAC issue when I moved in. I let the superintendent know and he got everything fixed right away.

Tyler and Alan were extremely helpful on helping us with decisions and addressing any of our concerns or issues. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions some Correspondence took longer in part as some employees were working from home and some delays with construction. We are happy with our decision to purchase a KB Home.

Whole process from start to finish was way easier then we had ever thought

The carpet pad was upgraded and paid for but did not meet our expectations. The garage door makes a loud sound.

My flooring started lifting when exposed to high temperatures. Leaks under all sinks and my heater was missing a lid.

Overall home buying experience through KB was good. The quality of work not so good.. no way I should have a brand new home I closed in the summer of this year and my Air Conditioning unit isn’t working properly at all… KB prides itself on energy efficiency but I can’t tell when my energy and money is going out thru the roof..

The buying experience was great. However, I placed a couple of work orders in and haven't received a response. It's been a couple of weeks.

Great overall experience from the KB sales and construction teams. Very dissatisfied with Kb home lending and their lack of responsiveness. Home move in was delayed, movers rescheduled, and my work had to be rescheduled. Cost me thousands of $$$ due to mismanagement of my loan closing process.
