Homebuyers should keep in mind that they are not just buying but building the home of their dreams. As much as there is a Purchase Agreement, homebuyers should be more aware and should have a full understanding of what the terms truly are. There are provisions based on a timeline. However, if you are not 100% decided nor are you 100% satisfied with the product, you do not need to accept or agree with anything.

Chase was a fabulous sales rep. He answered texts and phone calls immediately. The loan team was also great, but the loan process is way too complex and redundant. Any issues spotted during the walk through and after move in were addresses immediately.

Very pleasant home buying experience. We found a home that fit our needs in a location we desired. KB staff were very professional and helpful with entire process.

Just moved in to our new home in April 2021. So far everything has been great from the sales person to the customer service for any warranty issues. Highly recommended..

The floor left at the Largest model (1860)was dismally insufficient for a new home. Reguardless of your As is !! Model hone Purchase Policy...an attempt by myself and your Builder was made to attempt to fix the situation....after a professional cleaning and resealing the floor looked good for about 2days once completely dry it returned to it lack luster shine and powdery look. In closing we spent 8k to put a vinyl floor on the bottom half of this home...totally Disappointed...in what we got for 304k...

(homeowner's son) I ignorantly parked near a new house that was being painted on and since this community is in a windy area, I got some over spray paint on my vehicle. Luckily I got in contact with Jason and Jason who overlook the community. once they saw what had happened they immediately wanted to help and FULLY refunded me for my overspray job! I literally didn't have to do anything and they took care of me more than anyone ever could have. 10,000 / 5 stars.

Home buying process was highly satisfied throughout. Communication with sales, financing, upgrades, and construction was on point. The KB Home team really ensured every step exceeded my expectations.

from the beginning of homebuying process to the finish(closing), kb made it easier especially for first time homebuyer like me. each department responsible for each processes took care of us, no questions were left unanswered and they check up on us every week to see where we at or if we have any concerns. even after closing, they will still connect with us for follow up and etc. never felt left out or anything bad at all. will recommend to others

Purchased a model home, very beautiful.

My house is beautiful and I do feel like it’s a good value. I had a couple of issues like my thermostat not being properly mounted and my bedroom doors not being able to close because of how they were installed. I wish someone paid more attention to that but I was able to call someone to fix it. They responded in a timely manner.

I was a first time home buyer. It was a pleasure to have KB Home Team at Garden Inspirada by my side. The entire process was excellent starting from the initial purchase, upgraded the house at the design center, step by step construction process and the last but not the least the finishing touches! The construction was on schedule! I am so happy. Thanks for a great experience!

Watching (and learning) through the process was a fantastic experience. I noticed that inspectors would catch little flaws that I would never have seen. The house turned out wonderful and I did have an issue with corporate policy that only targets people using Veteran's Benefits. These policies ended up delaying closing by 6 weeks and costing me thousands of dollars only because management would not discuss issues with the customer (only the salesperson). Also, after moving in, I noticed a few patches in the stucco when the walls were wet. These patches would dry to the same light gray color as the house but turn dark brown when wet. When wetting down the entire exterior, there were hundreds of these patches. Rather than a proper paint job on the entire house, they splotch painted all the patches. I would think a proper final coat of paint would have been more professional, but it might end up looking just fine. ... More

The workmanship has me questioning my home purchase.

Having issues after owning the home. The construction workers are very disrespectful and do not care that I live next door to the house they are building. They fixed the first issue when the construction workers did not secure wood planks on the roof next to us and the winds blew it off and made a big hole in the side of my house. They also leave trash all over unsecured and the high winds blow it onto my property. I have cleaned it multiple times. They block my driveway with trucks and I've had to tell them to move a couple times. Just the other day they were spraying down the roof next to me and a piece of the roof flew off and almost hit a guest in the head I had over at the house while we were outside.. I have sent an email about these issues and have not received a response and it's been 96 hours since I emailed. The home buying experience was 10/10 but the construction workers make living there stressful and annoying. Counting down the days until they are finished and never return. ... More

Sale person very knowledgeable, nice helpful and understanding.

The key to being happy with a new home is being in the area when it's being built and being able to correct deficiencies quickly. That requires good coordination between the buyer and the site superintendent. That's exactly what we had. Our superintendent was responsive and immediately saw to it that issues were corrected. You just can't beat that.

From the beginning they were so welcoming and professional. Always kept us updated with the progress and overall just outstanding customer service. They truly went above and beyond for us and made us feel very safe about our first purchase.
