Purchase single story home love the floor plan Some cabinet doors missing and last time I checked still missing im not happy about this also a/ c air screen missing. Great sales people and superintendent

Despite the supply chain issues, the house is very nice and worth waiting for.

It was exciting watching every phase of the house being constructed. When the time came to close and move in there were some issues that needed to be addressed which comes along with new construction. But I was very satisfied with Russell and Brandon addressing our issues in a timely manner. Overall KB gives a beautiful home for your money. I would use them again if I was in the market.

It’s a nice area and the closing part was confusing because when we get our key the person does not know about it they worked hard to get the deadline. Overall it’s okay experience a lot of place to grow. And also hopefully the communication and responsiveness will get better.

The superintendent was amazing and extremely helpful, every step of the way. I had a few things that needed to be changed, even after moving in to the house, and he continued to help me get through the process and solve the issues. The sales team were very nice and responsive to my questions. The overall process with KB Homes employees was positive. As for the quality of the build, I have been in the house for over a month and have not had a single issue.

Builders should not take advantage of the booming teal estate market. Take away from a year ago. Inferior materials or cheaper used. So noisy even with the energy efficient windows and insulation.

Having issues after owning the home. The construction workers are very disrespectful and do not care that I live next door to the house they are building. They fixed the first issue when the construction workers did not secure wood planks on the roof next to us and the winds blew it off and made a big hole in the side of my house. They also leave trash all over unsecured and the high winds blow it onto my property. I have cleaned it multiple times. They block my driveway with trucks and I've had to tell them to move a couple times. Just the other day they were spraying down the roof next to me and a piece of the roof flew off and almost hit a guest in the head I had over at the house while we were outside.. I have sent an email about these issues and have not received a response and it's been 96 hours since I emailed. The home buying experience was 10/10 but the construction workers make living there stressful and annoying. Counting down the days until they are finished and never return. ... More

The key to being happy with a new home is being in the area when it's being built and being able to correct deficiencies quickly. That requires good coordination between the buyer and the site superintendent. That's exactly what we had. Our superintendent was responsive and immediately saw to it that issues were corrected. You just can't beat that.

Buying from out of State, all KB Home Representatives were very accommodating to our situation and responded quickly to our questions.

Need more quest parking lot because of no driveway and small garage. Two small bedrooms are not enough space In the living room are good space but it’s hard to put tv in a wrong direction.

Had a good experience - wish communication was a little more proactive at times. Disappointed with some of the workmanship - seemed rush with the way some of the finer details such as the paint boarders or things that are crooked.
