KB Home Reviews in Las Vegas, NV

KB homes has been a builder for decades now and it's in many markets around the country. I might be wrong but I think they use to be called Keller or Kelley Broug or something like that. Guess they shorten it for people just like me. Anywho they always stood for good quality and service and it looks like that much about them remains the same. I love the diversity in people they choose to represent them and I love the same diversity I see as my good neighbors. All of them are hardworking and down to earth, and they always seem to be there to help. It takes me back to a time when you would call a business and someone on the other end would actually pick up the phone and say... " Hi how can we help you!" Jayson and Jason, both superintendents were very helpful as well as on top of everything that was needed to be addressed. Both were very easy to talk to as they took care of everything as if it was their own homes.

Great overall experience from the KB sales and construction teams. Very dissatisfied with Kb home lending and their lack of responsiveness. Home move in was delayed, movers rescheduled, and my work had to be rescheduled. Cost me thousands of $$$ due to mismanagement of my loan closing process.

From start to finish the experience was wonderful! Highly recommended everyone to go with KB regardless of if it’s your first of fifth time buying a home!!!

The building process was fun and done within a great timeframe. For me, the design studio was the best part, there's something very special and unique about picking every single thing that will be in your home. Enjoy the process while it's happening because it moves fast!

First off, I wasn't a fan ok KB Homes but the "Stonegate Community".... if this is what KB plans to build their home going forward, then they about to be some rich home builders. Don't take my word for it, take a trip over to "StoneGate" Summerlin. And see what all you get for the money you spend......

This is my 3rd KB Home. When I decided to move, I know where to look, KB., the reasons being: 1. I believe in the quality of KBHomes. 2. The employees that I met are professional, very easy to deal with. 3. The buying process, from beginning until you are moved in is so smooth & easy.

Great customer service, great communication throughout the built process and even post build

I was happy buying a new home but now after a couple months I am feeling somewhat discriminated, there was options which was never offered or told I could get, I did some research with a few neighbors and found out they were offered those options to them.

Loved working with everyone at this location. Especially Ryan Adams he went above and beyond for my family and I.

The builder sales management team provides great support during the development for our home. Sales manager kept us information and provided weekly construction report to us with pictures that we are appreciated very much.

Really solid experience all throughout!
