The sales office and the studio office were great but the process after that not good at ALL, we still have lots of issues with the construction and materials. The finishing touches are still not good lots of mistakes not to count how many still not fix very disappointing this second time

I have had great experience with the sales staff. No complaints there. Quality of service by design studio staff and Quality of craftsmanship by all trades need improvement. There were many repairs that took long time to be addressed and still one issue that has not been addressed. This issue isn’t primarily with KB home but with Sub contractors and KBHOMES not having control over sub contractors it hires.

It’s too early to rate this home on some of the questions (thus 3 stars). The buying process was pretty smooth and the people who helped us, like Sherry, were awesome!!!

Salesman was awesome, he sent us weekly updates, even through shortages of supplies and labor. Time at the design of 2 hours too short, another hour would’ve been satisfactory. Loan process with KB loans was stressful. Final walk through was good, but a few issues that were addressed is still in the works. All in all, everyone was professional.

Check EVERYTHING on final walk-through. Do all the windows work? Does the doorbell work? Does the irrigation system work? If multi-level, how does the HVAC for each floor interact with the controllers? Reinspect after a couple of weeks.

Need quicker responses to issues reported

Overall I am very happy with my new home. I had several issues prior to my closing date and with it being a tight time frame between closing and having to move out of my previous living situation I had to let some stuff go that was never fixed, being told it would get done in 1-6 weeks. I have been at my property for almost 2 months now with none of that stuff getting remedied, but once that gets done I will be a lot happier.

Overall everything is ok, but my main concern is the backyard right side of wall it’s too low compared to all other walls on my neighbors.

The customer service isn't that great.

Overall quality product and quick customer response.

I have not lived long enough in the house to provide feedback on the quality, workmanship and value.

Beautiful Home designs & locations to pick from!

Everything seems to be an upgrade. The model homes are somewhat misleading but the prices of the upgrades are not bad. Overall pricing is alright but the timeline and follow up is not always the best. I have been living in our home for 3 months so far so good just some minor things need to followed up by w/ warranty.

I was extremely pleased with the building supervisor, Ryan. He always addressed my concerns and returned my phone calls in a timely manner. However, I am not happy with the faucets that were placed in all the sinks and the careless paint job that was done. For the money that I paid for this home, KB should of had better quality materials! Furthermore, the home lacks light. It should of had more windows and more lighting in the bathroom by the sinks. I also have to turn my lights on during the day in my kitchen. How is this going to save me energy? I also hate the toilets! I have to flush more than once! Again, I am wasting water, not saving water. Overall, the materials that were used in the home are not to my satisfaction! ... More

Good buying experience but workmanship quality was subpar such as cracked tile roof, carpets, paint, cabinets trims. My recommendation is to double check all above before signing your closing paperwork. In my case, it seems all construction trade were rushing to close therfore having a lot of issues after.

And now today only two people came. We still have a small hole in our calk above the shower. This is unacceptable and they need to fix it ASAP. Unfortunately that does t seem to be a priority and no one has come to fix that. We already used the shower so we are afraid if there is further damage. Get on the ball and fix this ASAP. Touch ups still have not been done as well :(

The workmanship has me questioning my home purchase.

The quality of the finishes was not what I expected for a half million dollar home. A few minor upgrades would have been appropriate such as dimmer switches on lighting, gas outlet in the backyard.

Everything seemed nice except the carpet and padding. It seemed thin and cheap.

Day of our walkthrough construction crew was still working, outlet was missing, light was missing and cabinets were not fixed from it being broken a month before our walkthrough. After issues were brought to their attention they did fix everything we pointed out. A month and a half later we are finding issues such as nails through poking through the carpet, stove and refrigerator are for some reason turning off and need to trip the electrical panel a few times already which worries me.

I WISH THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP TO BE BETTER, SO I WILL NOT HAVE THAT MANY ISSUES WITH WARRANTY DEPARTMENT. I CLOSED MY ESCROW ALMOST 2 MONTHS, THE ISSUES ARE STILL THE SAME.

We need a four wheel drive to get into the house for the driveway is to deep. Jesse was very good.

KB Lending is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a bank. Questions were asked of me that were truly degrading, and Tracy Bisig, the SR Processor, was the most unprofessional person I have worked with in my life. She NEVER called me throughout the process to introduce herself, and I kept sending the same information because she was not organized. I was never told I could purchase this property from a different lender because I did not meet KD Lending's requirements. I was forced to use my life savings to buy this property because I had no time to seek outside funding. I have been in staffing for over 35 years and have never dealt with an uncaring, rude, lazy, and flat-out disrespectful human as Tracy Bisiq. I pray that you speak with this woman regarding how she treats future home buyers and not string them along only to crush their dreams. I would not refer KB Home Lending to Horse Crapping Contest.
