This company has a high emphasis on standards. There were numerous inspections that KB Homes accomplishes on top of the city or state requirements. Independent inspectors come through to inspect for quality control periodically throughout the building process.

KB Home made buying a home during pandemic possible; even when everything was done virtually. They are accommodating and find solutions to our needs. They put us at ease in knowing that we are in good hands. I would recommend KB Home to my family & friends.

Still waiting on some things to be fixed which is a bummer , also was never able to get in touch with the painter for the free touch up paint which also suck. Overall i’m satisfied but a few ongoing things I would love to get addressed ASAP.

My family had a great buying experience with KB homes. I had looked at other communities which offered different kinds of incentive, however KB homes had exactly what I was looking for in a home (Plus More). Once I made my mind with the Model that I wanted and singed off on it, I was able to bring other family Members to look at the Model home and every time I would bring them over, the sellers at the site made us feel welcome.

The 2 Jasons that were in charge were here to correct any issue as soon as it occurred and were super nice and professional. Could not have asked for anyone better.

Purchased a model home, very beautiful.

My house is beautiful and I do feel like it’s a good value. I had a couple of issues like my thermostat not being properly mounted and my bedroom doors not being able to close because of how they were installed. I wish someone paid more attention to that but I was able to call someone to fix it. They responded in a timely manner.

Watching (and learning) through the process was a fantastic experience. I noticed that inspectors would catch little flaws that I would never have seen. The house turned out wonderful and I did have an issue with corporate policy that only targets people using Veteran's Benefits. These policies ended up delaying closing by 6 weeks and costing me thousands of dollars only because management would not discuss issues with the customer (only the salesperson). Also, after moving in, I noticed a few patches in the stucco when the walls were wet. These patches would dry to the same light gray color as the house but turn dark brown when wet. When wetting down the entire exterior, there were hundreds of these patches. Rather than a proper paint job on the entire house, they splotch painted all the patches. I would think a proper final coat of paint would have been more professional, but it might end up looking just fine. ... More

New home build with KB was wonderful!

Very helpful, understanding and answer most of the questions or concerns about the home and process.

The builder sales management team provides great support during the development for our home. Sales manager kept us information and provided weekly construction report to us with pictures that we are appreciated very much.

A pretty good overall experience

Beth, our sales rep and Lee, our superintendent were great! They both kept us informed throughout the process from start to finish. Our home was done on schedule and sooner than expected, which was a nice surprise. We love our new home and community.

Buying process a breeze, knowledgeable staff, realtor and lenders are great! On the other side, the quality of workmanship is way below what I expected.

Love KB Everyone you work with is with you all the way to the end. Received updates every week. And even months after I get a check up email. I don't like the cheap paint or the fact that you need to pay extra for your garage walls to be painted .
