The quality of the finishes was not what I expected for a half million dollar home. A few minor upgrades would have been appropriate such as dimmer switches on lighting, gas outlet in the backyard.

A wonderful experience. We were involved in every aspect of the design and construction of our beautiful new home. Great people work for KB and they were there whenever they were needed to insure that we were completely satisfied.

Need more quest parking lot because of no driveway and small garage. Two small bedrooms are not enough space In the living room are good space but it’s hard to put tv in a wrong direction.

We had a great experience with buying our first home with KB. Steve and the rest of the sales staff at Montecito were very helpful and accommodating. We also used Ryan as part of the KB mortgage loan team to walk us through the process of the actual purchase. He helped us every step of the way. Everyone made our first home buying experience a great one!
