The construction staff is awesome Rueban is a true god to your company he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good and the sales staff are awesome just because they sold a house doesn’t mean they not responsive they are there for anything also don’t let me for get about Leslie she made sure my purchase was smooth. My next home will be KB

This is our 2nd KB Home purchase within 3 years. We had a wonderful experience the 1st time and wanted an investment property close to us.

There were a lot of delays due to COVID but everyone was great about keeping me updated when building finally started and throughout the process.

Unfortunately, this house is just not what we expected. To name a few problems, there are cracks, leaks, patches of different colored paint, missing grout between floorboards and tiles and wonky tiles throughout the house. It is just over all poor quality. We asked for these things to be fixed before moving in, but they weren't. After many arguments and debates with multiple people, we eventually just had to move in without fixes.

Overall experience was great. No builder is perfect, but it’s how they respond and present themselves. Pricing was better than the others and our ability to customize our home set them apart from the rest.

KB Homes made my experience of buying a home painless as can be! All the team members from the sales office to the loan officer to the superintendent were all very helpful. They were always there for me during the process and willing to answer any questions I may of had.

The entire process from start to finish took about 11 months from start to finish. At first it was very exciting chosing our lot and visiting the design center. But because of covid it turned into a horrible wait. We had multiple delays because of covid 19 and it made for a bad experience. I feel like the initial value that was proposed and what I actually got was kind of a bait and switch. A lot of the things that I was told were standard were not and I ended up having to pay a lot of money out of pocket to get things I thought I was already getting. Like lighting in every room and walls in specific places. The quality of the build is so so. I'm still having a lot of warranty issues where things were broken when I moved in and I have been in the house for 2 months and they still have not been fixed. The build team was excellent to work with and they have been trying their best to help me fix some of the reoccurring problems but you can tell they have better things to worry about and are very busy. If I had to pick one thing that I would like people to know it would be to be careful. The model has optional upgrades that aren't listed and aren't standard. They won't tell you about them till it's to late and you are already in the design center and your only choice is to pay for them or miss out on things that are kind of important. ... More

Ask questions. There will be things that you overlooked that you will be kicking yourself later on

I bought my property already finished and it was move in ready at closing. Smooth process.

We where always kept in the loop of what was happening.

We were given updates and progress report every week during the process, KBH staff were very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a great experience and are so happy with our beautiful new home!

KB Home provides a great home buying experience and a great home. I would recommend them to anyone.

When I walked in to the model of my floor plan, I knew it was exactly what I wanted and needed at this stage of my life!! Fits me perfectly!!

I love my house and I love the whole KB experience! My wife and I bought our first home through KB Homes and we love it. Quality construction, trustworthy te, quick responsiveness to issues. The only thing I don't recommend doing is using their insurance company. Although it was a very great value, they sold our file to an offshoot insurance company that doesn't take any dogs with "terrier" in the name. Just inconvenient to have to find home insurance again. Great experience buying first home

Tyler and Alan were extremely helpful on helping us with decisions and addressing any of our concerns or issues. Due to the COVID-19 restrictions some Correspondence took longer in part as some employees were working from home and some delays with construction. We are happy with our decision to purchase a KB Home.

House is beautiful. Response to fixing a few small issues has been very fast.

As a first time home buyer the experience was made very easy thanks to KB Home associates, from sales to the final walk through it was great experience. Highly recommended!

The quality of work is unsatisfactory. I have to hire my own inspector to inspect the work that they do. JD - the superintendent does not return phone calls on time or does not attend to your needs or questions. He told me that he is to update me once a week but never did. Sometimes he doesn’t even call you back. I have to get the help from my realtor or KB home realtor to get my questions answered. New superintendent took over at the end, who did my final walked through, his name is Mike. Mike has an excellent customer service. He listen to my needs and helps me at the end.
