I had a wonderful experience buying with KB. My salesman, Guy and superintendent, Tyler were the best. They took care of any questions I had right away. They made this process so smooth and enjoyable. Top notch service!

Sales team was great but I had many issues with my home.

Overall I'm happy with the home and floor plans..If I had to gripe about anything I would say I'm a little disappointed with the small backyard and a small issues with the wiring of the house. (Cable and the internet) not really sure who the responsibility really falls on weather it's Cox or the home builder, because both are saying it's the other party and unfortunately I'm caught in the middle. Other than that I would still give the home builder a very high 8 for a respectable rate of 10.

As a first time home buyer, it was a great experience all around.

I moved into my new KB Home in December and I have nothing but the best to say about my experience so far. The home is great quality and I am happy with choosing KB Home as my builder. My living space is great and well planned out, home efficiency has surpassed my expectations, and the sound reduction I've added to my home is great. Customer service is good and they are always available to help me through any questions or minor issues I encounter. I would highly recommend purchasing a home from KB Home.

This today is a welcoming place to build and reside, in why I felt I should go ahead to buy this house.

KB Homes staff has been warm and supportive throughout the construction review and move-in process. They consistently have been informative and quick to respond to any questions or repair issues that need attention.

Like the community, wish there were more parks.

The "KB" staff is really awe some before, during and even after the home purchase. They keep every promise and go out of their way to enlighten and keep their customers happy in every step of the whole home buying process. Keep up the great work!!!

I have purchased quite a bit of KB homes within the last 8 months. Mario, the construction superintendent, has been the best I have dealt with. He is very responsive, knows his stuff, and cares about guest service. He has really gone out of his way to make me happy in my purchase.

I was kept informed of the progress through texts and meetings and they encouraged site visits to track process. In the end all of the choices I made were implemented as promised. Some advice for those thinking about a new build. Demand information in advance on the choices you will be making in the design studio. You only have a short time and you are stuck with the decisions you make.

Everyone I’ve worked with has been incredibly nice. Unfortunately there was some sloppy work done in a few areas and I’m still waiting for an issue to be fixed almost two months after moving in.

Overall, it was a good experience. The sales team was great and kept us up to date on the progress of the house. The superintendent was also very helpful. The pricing on additions were sometimes way over priced and we opted to do it ourselves or pay someone for a fraction of the price. Some items appear to be bottom of the line and wish they were a little nicer. Overall, a decent experience but would definitely do things different.

We love our home and, after 90 days in it, have found few issues. Can ask for much better than that.

KB Home was originally chosen for their prices & community locations. Upon working with KB I experienced answers to any question, constant updates, planned & friendly appointments and professionalism from its representatives. Process was smooth and I’ll be looking forward to working with KB on a future secondary home!
