KB Home just finished building my house and I could not be happier. From Steve in sales to Adela in construction everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend KB Home to anyone.

I didnt have the best experience. My realtor was the only person to assist me with no issues. The construction of my house seems it was thrown together slowly. The trades dont care about other trades. Studs not on center, bowed pieces, electrical dont poorly wired wrong, I have a flood lights that were not installed when we closed and that had constant power. took the electrician about an hour to find where the wire was. Rolex and holes not aligned when drilling, I have multiple areas throughout the house that allow air in, in the process of 3 windows getting replaced now. Hood venting had about 3 inch gap of tape, grout was falling apart within first week of move in, plumbing issues in the downstair bathroom. I Have a cabinet door that is completely wrong and doesn't match. On final walkthrough day multiple holes in the drywall for workers and they expected me to accept it as it was? No texture in the downstairs closet. if you want to worry about the biggest purchase in your life for the rest of your life, do not go with this company. They dont care about the customer complaints that I had voiced throughout the whole process. cold air comes in from baseboards as well like how is all this air coming through energy efficient? My infants room is like 5-10 degrees cooler and the heater is constantly running to make up for it. I have socks put into the gaps for now to stop air flow. I dont trust one person telling me things are going to get fixed. Do it right the first time and wont have any issues. ... More

Very happy with the entire home buying process. Sherry was amazing to work with, so was Brian with the entire mortgage process. Especially happy with the multiple options available for all the customizations. The handover process with Raymond was also smooth.

This was my first home-buying experience and KB knocked it out of the park! They were there for me every step of the way!

KB Lending is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a bank. Questions were asked of me that were truly degrading, and Tracy Bisig, the SR Processor, was the most unprofessional person I have worked with in my life. She NEVER called me throughout the process to introduce herself, and I kept sending the same information because she was not organized. I was never told I could purchase this property from a different lender because I did not meet KD Lending's requirements. I was forced to use my life savings to buy this property because I had no time to seek outside funding. I have been in staffing for over 35 years and have never dealt with an uncaring, rude, lazy, and flat-out disrespectful human as Tracy Bisiq. I pray that you speak with this woman regarding how she treats future home buyers and not string them along only to crush their dreams. I would not refer KB Home Lending to Horse Crapping Contest. Had a great experience working with sales and the builder supervisors. I especially liked the energy star program.

Jim our sales agent was informative and kept us in the loop on everything with our home. It was a seamless process and as first time home buyers we could not be happier. Our Superintendent Michael was prompt, timely, and very good at finishing up the process. The team we worked with made the experience one we will not forget. Thank you for everything!

We had a great experience with KB Home. This was our first home and it was exciting to be able to pick out all of the finishes and watch the building experience unfold. Really an amazing way to buy a home. KB had a great staff that was friendly, helpful and communicative. We love our new home and it is very high quality and beautiful!

The whole buying experience was bad , this is my 4th home. This is the worst one yet. I would not buy from KB again.

We bought from KBHomes due to the cheaper price compared to other builders but it was a definitely a "you get what you pay for" experience. The house just looked okay from afar but when you get closer and closer you see the poor work done, the inconsistencies, the broken stuff underneath the surface, etc.

Great builder to pick to build your home

The process was great throughout the lending, choosing, and building process until the end. There was a great deal of push back from the sales rep Laura and superintendent Jason on my deserve to get and independent inspection done. After I understood why, as the house had a number of things wrong with it. I bought a new home so I wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance but the condition the house was in at the final walkthrough was not up to expectations

From beginning of contract signing to house closing, I feel KB home is trustworthy, and maybe next time I wouldn't need a buyer's agent to buy home from KB.

Jim in sales and Dan on the construction side were fantastic to work with. They provided regular updates and delivered the house ahead of schedule.

The sales staff that I had was quite aggressive and pushy during the search and closing periods. There was a tile that was broken and was replaced with a different color. They were about to give me the house with a solo different colored tile in the master bathroom. The closing date was then pushed back as they had to redo the full master bathroom. There are still issues with the house that have not been fixed. Quality of work could be better.

The folks at Kb Home have went out of their way to help us from the minute. We met them in purchasing a home with Amber to Gina who helped us to each loan process, I can’t say enough good things about them. Jason and Brooks and Paul have all been so helpful and helping us fix things that needed repairs, Kb Homes runs a great ship. They have made this experience, easy, helpful, trustworthy and I can’t say enough good things about each of them.
