Building with KB Home has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I walked into the sales office, the team made me feel supported and informed. I loved being able to choose everything — from cabinets to flooring — and seeing my vision come to life. I absolutely recommend KB Homes!

With the exception of a delay by the architect it was a great experience. From the salesperson (Cannon) to the Project Manager (Miguel) we couldn’t be happier. Their knowledge , communication, attention to detail and follow through were the best. Thank you for building the home we always dreamed of.

Very good experience. Overall KB Home was very responsive to our needs. Sergio, our construction manager has been very attentive to our minor issues as they arose. Ann, our sales consultant was very helpful when our mortgage company delayed our closing date one day before it was scheduled. Ann returned my call on her day off and rescheduled our closing to accommodate the unforseen delay from our mortgage company.

sales and design staff are accessible and knowledgeable. site construction staff attentive to your needs. KB has a program that is easy to follow and to keep you informed. Financing is offered as an extension of the home buying. Unfortunately their process is very tedious with document demands.

The house is beautiful & I love the layout. Plenty of room & storage. I would not rate the quality of workmanship high because as I live in the house I see things done carelessly in my opinion. As some things I was told would happen such as the house expanding & nails coming through wall & seams opening , I was expecting that. I know I can discuss this at my intervals of expectation & some of my concerns have been resolved to my satisfaction. Overall I am happy & would recommend KB Homes.

Normally I'd rather have a root canal that go through than buy a house. KB Home made the entire experience an complete delight! From my Sales agent -> Building Supervisor -> Loan agent and staff -> Underwriting -> Closing I received superior services. Everyone was professional, engaging and friendly. I could' t ask for a better experience!

The staff representing KBHomes has made most of the experience easy. From picking out your exterior colors and elevations to choosing countertops and cabinets. Jason at the sales office has a great balance of listening and offering suggestions to help you complete the purchase. Jill at the design studio is well versed in what options are available, as well has has a talent for interior decorating. The finish work on the house has been a struggle. Alot of imperfections thru out the finish work on the house. Mostly the paint. Painting over dirt on the baseboards one example. Overpaint on hardware and flooring. The upgraded cabinets needs work, still after 60 days. The willingness of the staff to continue to work with me and fix things around the house has brought some ease. Finally, the house was not thoroughly cleaned before receiving. In my mind, I cannot understand the reasoning of building a house and not doing a finish cleanse after all work is performed. These house are built fast, so with all the workers it is probably a bit like herding cats. Still presentation is like first impressions. There is only one time to impress. The home was built too quickly IMHO due to numerous delays to get started. There was too many houses going up at the same time. I believe this resulted in the issues we noted during our walk through. The items we noted during walk thru honestly should have been noted prior and fixed prior to our walk thru. Here we are 5 months later and still have open issues. I haven't been able to get responses from warranty and superintendent.

My experience building a home with KB Home has been incredibly frustrating and stressful from start to finish. The construction of my home was delayed repeatedly, with poor and inconsistent communication throughout the process. I was rarely given clear timelines or proactive updates, which made planning nearly impossible. Each delay came with little explanation and no accountability. Because I relocated from Connecticut, these delays cost me thousands of dollars in additional travel expenses. I had to make multiple trips just to check on progress because communication from KB Home was so poor and unreliable. Had updates been transparent and timely, many of these trips could have been avoided. What makes this even more unacceptable is that I was one of the first buyers on my cul-de-sac, yet every home around me was completed before mine. Watching later purchases get finished ahead of my home was incredibly frustrating and made it feel like my build was deprioritized once the contract was signed. Overall, this has been a stressful, expensive, and disappointing experience. Buying a new construction home should be exciting—this process has been the exact opposite. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering KB Home to be prepared for delays, extra costs, and very poor communication ... More

Working with KB was great! From their friendly office staff at the location to the loan officers at HB Home Loans, everything went smoothly and on time. Weekly communication throughout the building process with photos and information. House was completed on time and is awesome. Thanks!

Our closing was 2 months later than what we were expecting, quality and craftsmanship are below what we have experienced with the 2 homes we have built prior to this. I do not plan on building another home with KB Home and I would not recommend them to anyone that cares about quality and craftsmanship.

KB Homes from Sales Team to design center to Building Manager all of the customer relationships were great. Suzanne was there willing to walk us through the neighborhoods! (Notice plural) She was transparent and up front on choices in the community and offered solutions on designing. Design team had us experience 2 design appointments which gave us the most opportunities to pick out our choices. Final appointment was a breeze and made us feel very comfortable in what to expect. Build was ahead of schedule by our estimates and have had no issues so far. We are complimented on our choices by family and friends and we love living in the new house. ... More

Excellent quality home and always professional.

I appreciate that everything was explained to me plainly and all contacts were responded to timely.

She always greeted us with a smile and made time to tour model homes. We re-revisited Wellington Pointe after shopping around similar homes in the Monroe area. I never felt pressured to sign a contract, but we eventually did & were able to close in the time she promised. The details in our house are excellent quality. Miguel met us a few times to walk through & we were able to request simple repairs prior to move-in. We love the size of the rooms, high ceilings & private lot. Although the property is currently under construction, they clean our street regularly.

My overall experience was OK The builder personnel were pleasant. Improvement can be demonstrated with "Attention to Detail!" You do not expect to do upkeep work on your new home. Loose door knobs (I have tightened them already) Paint spots on the floor Stains on the shower floor Paint over spray on some bathroom fixtures Baseboard Trim could be touched up. The floors were not thoroughly clean (Chalky, dusty) Floor Trim on the thresholds poorly painted Island Light Fixtures needed cleaning Outdoor covered porch ceiling needs painting Covered Porch ceiling light has a gap (potential bug entry) Lawn poorly presented, needs fertilizer and Nitrogen Some sod is dead due to rocks in the soil Decorative wood piece on Island is lose (Needs to be fixed) Calking or Paint on the out sliding glass doors needs to be removed and painted. Front Porch Ceiling needs painting AC has an unusually loud hum to it. Water Bill expense for lawn watering ... More

The sales staff and design team were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, KB Home management were a disappointment. We put our deposit down and paid for upgrades but had to 8 months before they started construction. The management team kept pointing fingers at others without ever keeping the buyers informed.
