We had an excellent experience with sales and project management. Tim our sales rep was professional, easy to work with, responsive and got us into a great lot and house in the timeline we needed. Very knowledgeable. Our project manager Kaisee was a pleasure to work with him. He explained the process and timeline. He sent us weekly pictures and updates. We are very happy with the community and its features. We love our new home.

All I ever read about is negative new build experiences. We had a few hiccups along the way, but I feel KB did everything they could to resolve them. So far we are pleased with our purchase.

Sales team and our builder Cody are awesome. Cody took care of any small issues in a timely manner. Cabinets can be of better quality as we received some slight color variations in some cabinet doors.

We purchased a KB home recently and enjoyed the care, guidance, and timely communications from the sales office and the design studio. The KB homes design studio expert Curtis guided us through the design selection process and was always attentive to our needs. During the build process, KB homes' sales agent Katrina, construction management Sean, and construction supervisor Michael did their best to help resolve interior build issues so we could close on the home as soon as possible despite labor and material shortages. It was a good experience as a first time home buyer. We feel happy to have a home by the end of 2021. The model we chose is one of the best in KB and my family and friends liked it so far. I was happy with the sales and construction superintendents they listened and are open to accept our requests. The market was crazy during last couple of years. KB delivered our home beyond their commitment which caused our interest rate to jump at an unbearable monthly payment and made us to live on month-month and the cost twice the normal rent for few months. All individuals that I dealt with during the construction of my new KB Home were very responsive and professional. At no point during the house build did I feel that I didn't know what the status was. Our forcasted move in date was met with no delays. I was able to select the fixtures for my house from the design studio, but was disappointed in the selections available, I would have preferred some higher end fixtures. I was quite disappointed when I was told that I was not going to get any help from KB Homes with the possibility of having a rodent in an interior wall of my new home. Obviously the home was not properly sealed when being constructed to allow rodents to be able to get into the framing and drywall

Disappointed about promised pool

Everything has been great so far however we’ve been promised a pool by Memorial Day which takes 8 months start to finish. Upon buying around July for closing in August they were suppose to be breaking ground. Nothing had been even remotely close to breaking ground and we’ve been provided no update in site or no transparency about it. The pool community was a huge drive for why we chose this development with three children.

The sales team and design studio were wonderful to deal with. The construction team/superintendent, as well as the warranty team have been less than ideal to work with. The communication from both of those teams is lacking, and we have a hard time gettina a response from either of them. We've submitted warranty claims and claims regrding non-disclosed active wells on our property, and for several weeks, nobody has done anything about it.
