That to stay on top of all inspections so that they do not run into water leaks. Then have to have home ripped up so the can dry and repair. Also.make sure all parts are there for any appliances they buy fom KBhomes.

I would advise other buyer to be alert. Pay attention during the building process to avoid issues like I have been dealing with. Ensure everything is built correctly. Be involved, and ask questions.

It was a ok experience overall. The house is nice but definitely could have been better. The house seems like it was rushed to be built and a lot of corners cut. Again my fault for not catching it durning the inspection. Some of the hired trades took pride in there work and it shows while other rushed. Now getting the stuff fixed through warranty is a hassle, the communication isn’t that great and the people try to get out of fixing it when they come and tell you they don’t hear or see a problem when clearly there is a problem. Last details on the house look the they finished in a rush there is a lot gaps, cracks and the outlets start falling apart.

You get a lot for the money. Details and craftsmanship are completely missing.

There were a lot of delays due to COVID but everyone was great about keeping me updated when building finally started and throughout the process.

Trish and Jake were exceptional!! I really enjoyed working with both of them! They made this part of the buying experience great!

The sales and construction team was outstanding. Both teams were very professional and were prompt to answer any of my questions.
