Great bang for buck in value. Overall the home exceeded expectation and upgrades were well worth the money paid. Beware of some excessively priced items in the selection process. But most selections are fairly priced. Quality and materials have gotten tons of compliments from contractors brought in to do small renovations. Our home inspector said the things he found are incredibly minimal compared to other new constructions he's seen.

The experience was great. The staffs were very pleasant to work with. The craftsmanship wasn’t too great. Some of the work were sloppy, Lots of issues to correct afterwards.

Rosa and Adela were amazing in keeping us informed and updated on the process. Every step they were available to assist. This is our second KB home and even though the process was slower due to material shortages the finished home was almost finished with care and quality.

Salesman was awesome, he sent us weekly updates, even through shortages of supplies and labor. Time at the design of 2 hours too short, another hour would’ve been satisfactory. Loan process with KB loans was stressful. Final walk through was good, but a few issues that were addressed is still in the works. All in all, everyone was professional.

They were all exceptional through this entire process truly cared about me and helped me answers d all my question since this was my first time buying a home and it couldn’t have been better without these three but a special shout-out to Michelle she truly gave me her all and I believe I was her greatest success story I have never been happier in my brand new beautiful home thank you ladies sooooo much

good job, they do what they promised

It was my first home buying experience, and KB did an excellent job delivering the house on time during the middle of the pandemic. Everyone did fantastic work, from the sales staff to customer service, making the home buying experience smooth and easy.

Throughout the process the sales team and the construction team worked together to make sure that I was updated on the progress of my new home build. EVERYONE showed care and concern about any questions I had and responded promptly. AND they don’t stop caring after they hand you the keys. After 30 days they come in and “freshen up”, addressing any issues that I may have come across as well as touch up areas that might have been bumped or scuffed during the move in process. I love my new home, the excellent quality of workmanship is obvious. The care that the entire KB Homes team has shown exceeds any customer service that I have experienced in the past. Great sales agent and builder to work with.

They were very informative, helpful and kept us updated throughout the whole process.

Renee and Michelle were extremely helpful, patient ,caring and knowledgeable during the whole purchase and escrow process. We very much appreciated them! Also, Erny and Steve were quick to respond to any questions/concerns, on time for appointments, and overall were friendly and easy to work with.

This company has made promises with very slow progress in delivery. I am experiencing water retention against the foundation of my home. The rain water last for days. I have been requesting a drain installation however months later after closing in April now June no French drain just leave with standing water.

Had a very great experience from looking at my home, the contact during the completion of construction to closing & the follow-up after I moved into my home.

Finance management was great, was able to get me the best or lowest percentage interest rate and all the rest of the crew was real friendly making it a easy process

Rose is fantastic from day one she was always attentive and informed us on what was going on, Timothy I call him the main man he is very informative and explained everything we need to know I love his calmness I will work with him any day. Ashley Is super wonderful she responds really quickly and gets the job done when you call her our text her you do get a response quickly they all do and yes I will tell my friends about KB Homes.

The experience during home construction was fine until towards the end. Felt rushed during final home inspection and was promised things would be addressed at scheduled check ins after moving in but never got followed up on. Reps would be incredibly slow to respond. KB home just wants you to buy and after closing the level of customer service takes a nose dive.

Starting from the beginning of the process, everyone has been great, kept us up to date on each phase of the home buying and building process. we were allowed to come visit the site and building of our home as often as we wanted too. the home was built right and I thank all involved.

KB Home provided me with an ideal home buying experience from beginning to end. My sales representative Tanika provided consistent guidance from the beginning. My building manager Dusty kept me in the know throughout the duration of my build and my loan originator Mohammed kept me educated on the financial side of my transaction. I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a home to use them as a company for a quality build and to obtain the best bang for your buck!

Warranty man crazy. Spent 30 minutes in our house telling us what's not covered very rude. Cash to close a joke, I had to get another check at Navy Federal 2 hrs before appointment. KB team at Austin title. Blew it on HOA fees. Not all were listed. ie There were 2 transfer fees. I only knew of one. They should have known what the fees were. Had to find out the hard way on my own. Goodwin & Company is not easy to deal witrh.

I would not buy a KB home again.

Working with KB was a great experience. From the Finance department, theSales Person and Builders every thing was done very personalized but at the same time professionalism was maintained. I would recommend KB builders to anyone looking to buy/ build a home. Even the follow up by warranty department was excellent.
