Very happy with my home

Adam and Ty went above and beyond!

We were provided unsatisfactory experience throughout the entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in. The quality of the workmanship and customer service were horrible! There is value of our new home because of the lot size and location I’m hesitant to trust the home itself has the value of what we paid due to lack of workmanship/customer service. Our experience with the builder’s team was that they severely lack communication and follow through as well as disregard homebuyers concerns. They never did what they promised and keep making excuses for it. They have never respond to us in a timely fashion. What I would like buyers to know most is that if they have to buy a home here they should use their own Lender and Realtor and ABSOLUTELY DO NOT attend the home orientation without their realtor or sign off on the “orientation” without ALL items in the home cleaned, scratches buffed out, drywall being in pristine condition as well as window and electrical being to your standards! ... We have some issues on our home like the paints are wearing off,looks like cheap paints electric plugs not working and called about it but still now we havent got any response and havent fix it yet

Bryan arrived when he said he would for the 30 day check in. He listened to all of our needs and scheduled repairs in a timely manner. Bryan is knowledgeable about the process and wants to make everything right for the customer. Extremely satisfied!

My first time home buying expierence was phenomenal. I was fortunate to meet Kevin at West Canyon Trails at just the right time. He guided me into making some excellent choices. The process had its ups and downs but I trusted my team and the did not disappoint. I've been in my new house for about 1 1/2 months, we are over the moon! We look forward to making this house our home. I would not trade my journey with KB Homes for anything!

Danny and Kathy made the homebuying experience wonderful and an enjoyable experience.

We started looking for a home when the market had just started to get hectic here. After several disappointing outbids, we decided to go in the direction of a new build. We loved the model we saw, and the neighborhood/location was great. It was a very lengthy process for us due to shortages, and I do not recommend doing in-house financing with KBHS home loans, but now that we have closed and have that behind us, we are so pleased with our home. And if you have the good fortune of having Chad be your PM, the building process will be outstanding.

Customer service was very helpful throughout the process. Kevin shared photo updates on a weekly basis and answered any questions we had.

Chad made sure all of our concerns were addressed, he updated us weekly, and took great care of us. We are first time home buyers, so he set the bar pretty high going forward. Thanks Chad!

I like the quality and design of my new KB home

This experience was our first time building from the ground up but not our first time buying a home, thus we were very excited in the beginning. However, lack of communication, delays, stuff not working upon move in, things still not working months later, and noticing finishes in were haphazardly put together does not push us to want to purchase another KB home.

To many issues w house that you wouldn’t think you’d have. After all it is a new home. Paint job is terrible! We got an “upgraded door,” all they did was pain it black!!!
