I love my home. All of my issues and concerns were handled quickly and professionally. Just some feedback: consider using a satin finish paint where it’s flat. It’ll look better and clean easier. I appreciate the continued requests to review.

The process from start to finish and even now with warranty has been above average, my Superintenant Drake was unbelievable the quality of the workmanship was top notch and house was built on time, my sales agent Lindsay was awesome being that I was in Florida while house was under construction she would send me a updated picture every Friday without me asking which was so nice to see. Jamie In Waranty has been great to work with she has reached out to me a few times, I keep telling her that the quality was so great that there is no warranty needed. We had an awesome experience from start to finish and beyond. Everyone from David to chad to Jason was attentive to our needs and requests throughout the entire process. We can’t say enough great things about the whole kB team.

The house style and materials is best

The whole home buying experience with KB Homes was wonderful. I didn't feel any pressure during my home selection process. The sales representative was welcoming and informed as to what KB Homes had to offer in their homes. I didn't feel any pressure in making a selection. The whole loan process went smooth and easy. My loan officer was prompt to respond to the questions I had. Our construction supt. was wonderful to work with, he always kept me updated on every phase of our home construction. My visit to the Design Center was great. Design Center representative presented many options for upgrades available for our new home. I felt the final choices we made fit our needs. Upgrades were good quality and pricing appropriate for any budget. At close of escrow, the whole KB Home buying experience was awesome. After living in a KB Home for 25 years we made the decision to move based on health issues. We wanted to build another new home. After looking at a number of other builders and communities we returned to KB because of value, quality, and location. KB builds solid, comfortable, affordable homes often for first time buyers. We expect to remain in this home for the rest of our lives. KB offers a wide range of upgrades and their design center is staffed to guide buyers through the many choices available.
