KB Homes made sure that the whole process went smoothly..

We still have things need to be done.Even after 4 months

The timely response is a little slow.

Quality of workmanship and responsiveness to issues were poor

Buying Experience was easy and very transparent

Cheryl, Mark and Brady were wonderful about keeping me informed of the process. Due to interest rates rising, I locked my rate a little earlier than I probably should have. Knowing I was coming up on the deadline they went the extra mile to get me closed just in time. I would absolutely buy another KB Home and have shared my experience with many.

The people of KB Homes are like family. They are up front on what is going on with your home. They are respectfully and work very Harding to give you the best quality in your homes. I would pay other home with them.

KB made the home buying process wonderful. The sales staff addressed any and all of our questions and concerns. We were able to meet with the actual construction crews and supervisors who explained the building process. The quality of the workmanship really showed in the finished home.

Everyone from Marla, Evan, and Chad assisted us with this and made it a pleasant experience. Thank you guys!

From my first phone call to this company I feel very well come, I was walked through the whale process . I had a great experience working with good people. I recommend other people work with KB homes.

Everything from the very beginning of looking at the model homes with the salesperson, to the loan application process with the loan officers, to the studio selections process of options for the home, and the communication with the superintendent during the entire home build was outstanding. The entire team from start to finish made you feel like family which made the process exceptional.

Overall, the process was smooth and easy.

Pay very close attention to what upgrades you get with reguard to making sure they are put down on paper exactly as you want them. The studio has a habit of messing things up.

Make sure you view construction carefully. A lot of issues still with house. Some areas are not even. It’s been a month and still trying to fix issues.

There are too many wonderful players to name. Overall experience was great. From the start everyone has been delightful; Linda, Paul, Gina, Virginia and John. The home was designed and certainly finished on schedule as predictable and promised. Any commitment made were kept. Thank you , Team Kb

The KB staff for the most part were helpful.

The overall value is great for the home. Note every issue when doing the walk through and DO NOT close until everything addressed. Look for every little thing as the follow up after closing is non existent.

Home was in pathetic condition at close. Horrible finish. What's worse is they have now become very unresponsive to the problems. There are more builders out there who at least have a shred of integrity.

Thought about changing lenders until , Cortney Gil helped through understanding all the loan process and went above and beyond to make us comfortable in the buying process

I enjoyed picking out my home and designing it. However,, like any new home there are always issues that need to be resolved. Here is where they have been lacking. After 60 days in my new home, the issues have been left unfinished.

I suppose when a developer is going a million miles an hour to build out a new housing community, there's going to be some misses. But some are hard to get past: a dented dishwasher that didn't match the make and model originally chosen, AC installation that had the drainage lines hooked up backwards, granite counters unsealed and cracked to such an extent that the entire slab needs replacement, cabinets for a built-in fridge with a cutout too narrow to fit a standard 36" fridge, missing garage door opener panel... I could go on. It takes an exhausting amount of time and energy to repeatedly follow-up with customer service on claims. So be prepared to be diligent and advocate for what needs fixing. Prior to move in, the sales office team was very engaged, helpful, and responsive to ensure a smooth closing.
