Great experience all around. Definitely recommend.

These individuals were very informative, helpful and kind. They were all extremely knowledgeable and efficient at their jobs and were able to troubleshoot any and all challenges that arose. I am more than appreciative for each of them. KB Homes is certainly fortunate to have them.

It took some time for issues to be resolved after we got the keys. Luckily my issues were minor and were easily resolved once they got to it. The indoor paint is bad though. It easily gets dirty and when you clean it, it comes off. Jeez! Had I known beforehand I would have had the house repainted before I moved in. No major issues so far. Am I happy with my house? I would say yes. Oh, the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is big. It looks like the door is in mini skirts. LOL!

Quality of workmanship is lacking specifically painting of the doors, accent windows, etc. Still see paint drips and paint of glass of glass doors and windows. Make sure to fully understand what specials are being offered. Some of the sales rep are not familiar with the specials and can provide conflicting information. Have these resolve as soon as possible or you will lose out on the special.

Chris was very helpful all throughout the process. Anything that was unsatisfactory in regards to the workmanship was corrected promptly.

It was an amazing experience! Everyone worked so hard, and we are grateful for all of them.We want to thank everyone that worked so hard to give us our dream home.

Kbh team are excellent. They are ready to work with you throughout the process of your home buying, and make the whole process stress free. Also, they don't abandon you after you have got your house. They are ready to help wherever needed. Great team!

The whole KB home team is outstanding, from the first day to the last day. Every question asked was answered. We asked for a rush, and they jumped through hoops to get the home to us. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone.

Everything was great expect for the consistent pests entering the home. Ants, crickets, and spiders. Besides that everything else is great.

Great home buying experiance smooth and easy .

This guy went over every square inch of my home with me to ensure everything was perfect or fixed and that I knew how to operate and maintain all the fixtures. He assured me that if I was unsatisfied in any way, KB would make any concern right. And they have!

We wanted our first home buying experience to be as reliable as possible. We've read so many reviews of bad customer service after the purchase and we were afraid of getting tricked or left out in the dust. Though it was definitely a stressful situation as I am sure all home buying experiences are, our mortgage lender Jessie, realtor Stephan and our construction contacts John and Phillipp were fantastic! They made sure that our overall experience was great, followed up weekly if not more, and what meant most to us was the follow up after the purchase. KB Home just finished building my house and I could not be happier. From Steve in sales to Adela in construction everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend KB Home to anyone.

Started out good. Appraisal was not what we expected. After living in the house for 1 month. And discovering the construction and item was poorly installed. Promises made for first 30 days to get a good review. Additionally, KB HoA contract stipulations is not in the best interest for homeowners when it comes to lot boundary lines to allow each homeowner to install their own fence. Looking at the overall quality, Very very poor. . You all are not recommended. All the best.

It was worth the wait!

It’s a process but at the end it works out

We recently built and purchased our first KB Home and we love our new home! However there is some room for improvement with the home building communication process and the craftsmanship of the home. Our Superintendent has helped us a lot and his name is Wilfred. We look forward to seeing some future improvements as we're going to be building a second home for a family member in our same community in the upcoming weeks.
