We worked with John the sales rep for KB Homes. Our buying experience was smooth with just a few hick ups along the way. John always kept us informed . When we visited the KB Homes design center we had so much fun picking out the upgrades for our brand new house. Our house turned out beautiful. I would recommend KB Homes to anyone searching for a new home.

Bad experience, bad service. There is still no orientation list even after more then 1 month of closing. Walls look terrible, backyard looks terrible, nothing was fixed

Really love my new home!

Extremely disappointed when I moved into the property. There were so many deficiencies with this new construction. It is evident there was no quality oversight provided. Some of the following deficiencies include the windows not properly aligned, several areas needed a new coat of paint, missing door hinge, missing seal strip on the front door and garage entry door, missing sliding door screen, access to the attic was not leveled and painted, dry wall issues, leftover flooring was scattered in the garage, dead mosquitoes on window ledges, rust in the tub area due to old screws, white cement or caulking bits were on the tub, very dirty sliding door track. Just recently, the irrigation in the back pounded on the back glass sliding door making a loud noise very early in the morning. There is currently a temporary fix and not sure when it will be permanently fixed. Also, just discovered and reported a water leak in the garage to Luke yesterday. In addition, thought dual paned windows would be a standard but it is very apparent they are not nor are the walls condo specs. This feels more like an apartment instead of a townhome. One positive comment is Luke and Gunner's quick responsiveness. They are very professional and make every effort to try and resolve issues as quickly as possible. This should not be a reflection on ther performance on trying to resolve these issues. I realize KB is using contractors and laborers that do not work directly for KB but the builder should take accountability for not putting in appropriate and necessary quality oversight in place. The property in itself is far below expectations. If I had known these were issues I would be dealing with a brand new KB townhome, I definitely would not have made the purchase. ... More

KB's sales team is top notch! They updated us on a weekly basis through email sharing progress reports and photos! We especially love getting weekly photos!

Great experience throughout the process. Did took almost a full year to built but due to supplies/demands and shortages nationwide but made it less anxious for us because of great communication/feedbacks and progresses every month. I’m a first time homebuyer and the team broke down and explain/walked me through the whole process and I was in a budget plan which was great to help me stay on track with saving and expenses/etc. once moved in to the home, the other part of the team took over to make sure my home is what we expected and answered my question and concerns immediately! I loved the beginning process, picking my home, the design center, even the finance process was a breeze. The construction side was not the best, closing was pushed back multiple times, I understand that part due to covid. Multiple things weren't complete when it was time to close. 2 months later I still have a few things Im waiting on. Its frustrating.

Over all good 'no problem at all ,everybody is very helpful . My experience with kb home is excellent. Thanks

Our home buying experience started with Beth and John! Beth was very friendly and helpful keeping us updated throughout the process! I really liked how she took her time to take photos of the house progress and made sure John also kept up informed with the status of the build. We appreciate everything they have done!

Initially house was to have been done in Nov/Dec. Did not close until March 21st 2022. Work and craftsmanship was shoddy and messy. It's as if the Foreman and workers had no pride in their work. Two months later and still missing two lighting elements and attic cover. Drywall, stucco and open joints are to be repaired June 1st, with paint touch ups on June 27th. Will see if this occurs as other promises were not kept. Neighbors also have a lot of "little issues" that they are waiting on repairs also. Very surprised and disappointed with KB.

KB new home was really good quality and very nice good location the move in was good everything was ready for us when the was finish..and staff member is really freindly and helpfull all the way at the end of the process. Really Good JOB

We got our house eventually for a reasonable price and many things are decent. But to be a little more critical, that's what people want, right? A lot of the processes weren't working out for them whether it's financial aspect, construction, communication (with delays regarding covid material shortage and "labor shortage"), the quality of work, etc.

I don’t even know where to start here. 5 closing dates which were all pushed back, heavy pressure to close when house wasn’t ready, terrible follow up about things needed to done from superintendent and customer service, overall poor craftsmanship and not to mention my $2000 “full overlay cabinets” were different than in the design studio and they refuse to do anything about it. I will never build with kb again or recommend kb to anyone. No accountability in this company from the TOP down. I’ve been in my house 2.5 months and still have a laundry list of things that haven’t been done. Everyone loves to talk nice but no one gets anything done. Buyer beware. The only part of this process I was 100% pleased with was the sales team and the title company. It’s a shame no one takes pride in their work anymore. Definitely would recommend KB. The house was completed on time. Everyone was pleasant to work with.

There have been unresolved quality issues with the master bathroom since we moved when the house was inspected. Today after almost 1 month and a half living in the house, we couldn't have used the bathroom since we moved. There are still small unresolved issues but those still there after long time without being resolved properly.

Always contact and they will assist and get the answers for you.

Build times are longer these days. So plan on at least 9-10 months. The construction was done well and to our specifications.

Sales rep was prompt on lot and model availabilities. Design Center appointment was exciting and handled professionally, but responses after final appointment were not responded to. KB Home Loan team was great to work with and received prompt feedback. Superintendents resolve issues as fast as they can but at the mercy of the contractors. Many contractor quality and workmanship issues found during the build and after closing (aren't these supposed to be caught and fixed prior to closing!?). Unfortunately, from observations and experience so far, if you rate internal KB surveys with avg or low scores you put yourself at risk for slower to no responses to issues during your warranty period. ... Make sure that your mortgage rates are locked to the max amount of time, my home took longer to get it ready and my mortgage rate went high. Make sure that you record or have a proof of things that they promise to get it fixed before your closing. Keep in touch with your sales person to get updates on your new home and make few visits during construction so you can see how your house is being built when it's in construction process.

The weekly calls/emails to keep me informed on everything pertaining to the house over all good experience Demetrius and Glen helped also and the loan officer stayed in contact helping make sure everything was going as planned
