I have a complaint and for some reason HOA doesn’t answer nor does the office. It seems customers needs don’t matter to those who work for this company. It’s very degrading to the customer and definitely doesn’t make anyone want to suggest KB.

I feel blessed that I was able to acquire this house in such times. Thank you, KB Homes!

What was bad was the person KB used to help with funding this home were totally incompetent. Had to answer the same questions more than 150 times. Seemed like she did not read or send the correct info to the lender. Very bad experience. Sherrilyn had to get involved sending our info to them also. The best is what received from Sherrilyn, and Ramon always on top of the job at hand. I would give them a 100% excellent grade for service in your new home. Also, AJ has been great to fix outstanding items along with Steve which has been very helpful. KB please do not use the same group on buying a new home. Michael was very good also, but Nyesha was not qualified to do the paperwork needed. ... More

Buying a home is stressful, but is a great experience, I recommend KB HOME to everybody who is a first buyer they are excellent from de beginning of the process until your closing date.

Good price and house, the only thing is final finish work not very well but make it up as good post service.

KB office sales reps were great and very helpful. I was very pleased with KB until we moved. After moving in, I am waiting on things to be done on the house we moved into in Feb. No call backs from people and I have been calling for weeks now. We have had multiple no shows from the repair people so it has taken weeks to get minor things done and we still have other things needing attention. Also one of my upgraded items has not been installed and I keep getting the runaround on when this will happen. I don’t feel like I am getting the same treatment now that we have closed on the home.

We wore surprise how KB install products that we didn't order without our authorization such as toilets and stove. If we don't notice no buddy mentioned. At this time, we still wearing for KB to replace a cabinet that apparently was damage during installation not to mention how poor are the kitchen cabinets terminations. Plus, we close in February 28,2022 and as of today April 30, 2022, we also still wearing for toilets replacement, range replacement and gutters installation.

People at KBHome are nice, patient and willing to help

My home is absolutely beautiful!!! The date of completion was pushed back a few times which was a little disheartening, but the end result was even better than expected

As the home was being built there was no electricity to the home. All the workers were working during the winter months in the dark! I visited property all the time. Couldn't see any details. Like grayish toilets, crooked layout of flooring. So many cabinet issues. Paint is completely washing off the walls. It is the lowest quality. Porcelain sinks are also that recycled off color of gray! Cheapest possible starting point. Fiberglass showers and tubs. No windows in garage door. Zig zag saw cuts under the sinks. 2 cent medicine cabinets. Drywalled over a canned light. Crooked facia, bowing fence. On & on. I'm use to new homes and the issues, but this is my 4th new home and I am shocked. ... More

KB tries to make sure your very happy with your purchase. Overall the house is solid but some attention to details would make it even better.

Our exceptional experience in buying with KB started with our KB sales agent Sarah. She was very accommodating and handled our questions professionally and even like a friend. She was always available to address our concerns. We were sad that we didn’t get to close our home with her since she was there from the beginning, but Sue was also very nice. Jennifer and Lorri spent so much time with us, helping us determine what options we wanted for our home. They provided great insight, and were very patient as we were indecisive at times. Brian, our superintendent was amazing, .accommodating us as plans changed, and making sure our walk through went smoothly with the inspector for KB at closing. He was always available to address our questions and concerns. He made sure things were completed to our pleasing. He made sure the punch list items were addressed to completion and whatever he could control was addressed. He was honest and always in a good mood. He made sure we were comfortable with everything in the home and fixed all things that needed fixing in a timely manner. He made sure his staff fixes everything perfectly not just a patch job.
