Exceptional first time home buying process. Staff was extremely helpful, communicative, personable and vested in us. Facilitated our family buying two homes on the same property. Property Manager James and Sales Rep Jeri went above and beyond in ensuring we were kept in the loop and never left to doubt the process.

I am very happy with the home! It’s beautiful and special thanks to the design studio for her help and guidance as well as our builder Steve, both went seemingly above and beyond to give us what we needed and make the home great!

Lewie, Rick, and Dean have all been wonderful to: answer questions and fix major and minor things. Example 1: during final walk through, there was a dip in the floor, so Lewie had them lift and investigate, fillin and re-do the floor. Example 2: the garage door worked wonderfully when after a few uses it stopped working: Lewie and Dean fixed what was the sensor with a new one, he informed us that the circuit may have got water in it causing it to malfunction. Example 3: we tripped our breaker for the first floor over the weekend and could not reset it. Rick was contacted and came out the Tuesday and found the wires in one of our walls were too close and touching each other. For our first new home we are having many adventures and appreciate Lewie, Dean, and Rick for being there to help get us through these events ... More

KB built Skyline community. We love it at first sight because of its site location and the quality of its homes, both inside and out. We love the Spanish style roof and stucco exterior. Highly recommended for any future potential home buyers. Go KB homes.

The KB staff was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely responsive. I loved working with everyone from the sales staff, to the design center, to the mortgage staff, to the construction team. Everyone was just fabulous to work with. The quality of work is fantastic.
