All KB personnel that I interfaced with during the sale, mortgage, and build process provided; great service, very professional, very responsive, and knowledgeable.

From the beginning, Mitchell has been sooo helpful and on time to answer any questions. Micheal was always calling to update. KB homes ground crews are awesome Arnold and Richard are great people. Arnold calls back the same day if you leave a message. Thank you to all these great people for making our dream house come to reality Kumar

Everything during the home buying experience was great in the beginning I didn’t have any issues with the selling agent at all she was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had, I can’t say the same thing for my loan officer and I have tried my best to put myself in her position as far as having the amount of buyers to deal with at once towards the end of the process I wasn’t getting a response like I was initially many times my text would go for a day or two before receiving a response phone calls sometimes would go straight to voicemail, my number one concern around this time was the interest rate was starting to go up and there was no discussion on locking in or a plan to talk when we will long story short I ended up locking in on a random phone call at the height of the interest rates, I felt ignored at times. I know my experience will be different than others but having to settle for an interest rates at its height really bothered me and made my experience very poor. Nicole was amazing to work with. Always friendly and nice. The post move-in inspections and crew have been very helpful and answer any question I have expeditiously.

This was a straightforward experience. They provide you with all the information you need and are available for questions. Ensure you have a pre-move checklist before signing off on your home.

KB homes made the process smooth and easy for us!

I didnt have the best experience. My realtor was the only person to assist me with no issues. The construction of my house seems it was thrown together slowly. The trades dont care about other trades. Studs not on center, bowed pieces, electrical dont poorly wired wrong, I have a flood lights that were not installed when we closed and that had constant power. took the electrician about an hour to find where the wire was. Rolex and holes not aligned when drilling, I have multiple areas throughout the house that allow air in, in the process of 3 windows getting replaced now. Hood venting had about 3 inch gap of tape, grout was falling apart within first week of move in, plumbing issues in the downstair bathroom. I Have a cabinet door that is completely wrong and doesn't match. On final walkthrough day multiple holes in the drywall for workers and they expected me to accept it as it was? No texture in the downstairs closet. if you want to worry about the biggest purchase in your life for the rest of your life, do not go with this company. They dont care about the customer complaints that I had voiced throughout the whole process. cold air comes in from baseboards as well like how is all this air coming through energy efficient? My infants room is like 5-10 degrees cooler and the heater is constantly running to make up for it. I have socks put into the gaps for now to stop air flow. I dont trust one person telling me things are going to get fixed. Do it right the first time and wont have any issues. ... More

Very happy with the entire home buying process. Sherry was amazing to work with, so was Brian with the entire mortgage process. Especially happy with the multiple options available for all the customizations. The handover process with Raymond was also smooth.

I could not have asked for a better experience with KB Home as we went through the process of building our first new construction home. Everyone was outstanding at providing the best customer service possible. They were very thorough in their communication and follow ups and all the details that came with each step. Our first experience was with the KB Home representative, Marc, who showed us all the model homes and explained all the offerings. His enthusiasm, transparency, and service definitely made us feel confident in our decision to sign. After signing we were put in contact with multiple people throughout each step which surprisingly provided the same level of attention, service, and communication. Overall great experience all departments were helpful. Only issue was that we would be rushed to do things and then the representatives wouldn’t return the favor. Meaning we would get rushed and then they would lag when we needed responses or things on their end to be handled. Other than that it was great still happy and satisfied I went with KB.

EVERYONE was so kind and helpful. Everything was done quickly and beautifully. KB home really cares for their homeowners and it shows. They are there whenever you needed for whatever is needed. All around I had the most amazing experience with KB home!

This was my first home-buying experience and KB knocked it out of the park! They were there for me every step of the way!

KB Lending is the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a bank. Questions were asked of me that were truly degrading, and Tracy Bisig, the SR Processor, was the most unprofessional person I have worked with in my life. She NEVER called me throughout the process to introduce herself, and I kept sending the same information because she was not organized. I was never told I could purchase this property from a different lender because I did not meet KD Lending's requirements. I was forced to use my life savings to buy this property because I had no time to seek outside funding. I have been in staffing for over 35 years and have never dealt with an uncaring, rude, lazy, and flat-out disrespectful human as Tracy Bisiq. I pray that you speak with this woman regarding how she treats future home buyers and not string them along only to crush their dreams. I would not refer KB Home Lending to Horse Crapping Contest. The realtor, Jeff, was excellent, and building the team was just as great. Future KB HOMEOWNERS, you don't have to use KB HOME LENDING when buying a KB HOME and research your leading offers. ... More
