The sales team and builder team are very helpful!

We had a great experience with KB Home!

Seems like they finished home in rush and had some issues with home. Took them forever to fix the problems and there are still some that I had to fix it my self. Never had frame walk when they were building the home. Had few concerns during building process that we aren't sure if they were fixed or not because no one got back to us.

When looking to get a loan set up, the response time was very slow and a representative did not take the time to work with us. We had to go with an outside lender to be able to get the loan that works for us and give us details of what was needed. They did not comply with my outside lender with credits they said they would give us nor accommodate us for things they said that they would do. The response time I felt was terrible, but other than that the home is beautiful and the team overall has been great.

Going on 2 months now and none of the issues have been addressed or even made appointments. Doing business with KB is like going on a dating site. All nice and good at the beginning but once you discovered issues KB ghosts you. My sprinkler system is flooding, so I’m wondering if KB is going to replace my grass. Dishwasher and Stove need to be replaced. One of the bedrooms has a dead switch. Where my walls meet the ceiling are not even straight. I also had the carpets removed. While removing the carpet, nails and trash was discovered under the pad. Good thing I’ve had my tetanus shot. I would like to get these issues fixed asap so I can sell the home. Had a great experience working with sales and the builder supervisors. I especially liked the energy star program.

KB provided answers to my questions in a timely manner during the entire process.

Great experience with Justin and completing any final touch ups. He is so responsive and made sure everything was perfect

Our sales person Diana along with the rest of the lother ladies that made sure our home buying experience was pleasant was very helpful. Each and everyone of them answered our questions. Onto the builders, they were very informative and let us know how the building progress was going.

Jim our sales agent was informative and kept us in the loop on everything with our home. It was a seamless process and as first time home buyers we could not be happier. Our Superintendent Michael was prompt, timely, and very good at finishing up the process. The team we worked with made the experience one we will not forget. Thank you for everything!

Business with kb and their team was a good experience

Every person involved from Dawn in sales, Sergio and Kelly as construction managers, Doug in financing, Jackie in processing Dawn, Bridgett as Title help were great and some still are with warranty work. Only thing I would have changed would be quality of paint. They use Sherwin Williama and Dunn Edwards is far better.

The sales rep regularly touch base and check in to see if everything is going well or if I have any questions.

The whole team from sales tea (Ben), to being able to review choices with with Emily, reviewing the home with Mike and fixing any minor repairs by Norm and his team, the experience had been wonderful.

I was helped every step of the way by the sales counselor and mortgage originator. The superintendent and construction staff were also very helpful. I would highly recommend KB Homes when buying a new home.

Chris has been exceptional! Makes and always keeps promises…then follows up to ensure we are/were satisfied. Honest. Professional. Very conscientious. Consistently & promptly responds to phone calls. Knows his product, his partners, & his customers (i.e., us) very well because he cares! Very impressive!

The sales experience with Severo and Jonathan was flawless. They both set the bar really high with the attention to detail and responsiveness. The construction portion matched the level of customer service set by Severo and Jonathan. Ray and Travis sent multiple updates a week and kept me in the loop throughout the process. There were multiple times we met up during construction to give me tours of progress and answer any questions. If there were any issues, they resolved them immediately. If I were to purchase another home I would request to work with these folks. However, I wouldn’t finance with KB unless there were good incentives and if I worked with Tanya. My original officer Jaimie, did not meet the expectations set but the rest of the process. No communication throughout the process unless I initiated the conversation but still took forever to respond if I even got a response. Did not educate me through the process so I felt I made poor decisions at the beginning. Didn’t explain things throughly. Towards the end of the process, Tanya took over and justified the wrongs. She did what she could to repair the relationship and I would work with her if I had the opportunity to. ... More

Personally I am happy with the staff and the responsiveness. But overall the Community doesnt have a new house appeal. When you look from outside, there is a big difference between the New houses from other builders (for e.g HeadWaters) and K.B Homes. K.B Homes needs an upgrade with it looks. I bought it here because I had no other option for new Construction. There are limited option in Upgrades and most of them are outdated. Totally dissatisfied with Home Pro. They do not know anything about Customer Service. I would have given 4 Stars even with limited options for Upgrades. But I gave 3 stars because of Home Pro. ... More

Im really happy with the house that we got. overall experience was great, all the staffs are being helpful and easy to communicate with.

Norm team was wonderful they asked us if everything was okay and they always called and asked if everything was good

I like the overall buying experience with KB Home and the upgrades that included when I bought the Spec home. The team I worked with are professional and friendly
