We are very happy with our construction superintendent. He is very polite and always response our questions and resolve our issues. KB Homes has the best superintendent. Richard Fisher is an excellent customer service too. Congratulations KB Homes you have a very good superintendent.

We've had minor issues that came up with paint, door knobs, cabinets, closets, windows, cracks in stucco and outside fence. So far everyone associate with KB Homes has been great in responding and fixing the issues we've encountered. Joe, Don Carlo, Armando and the rest of the staff(sorry forgot names) have been great. They all respond right away. Thank you.

Overall it was a good experience

This is my first time ever buying a home. And everyone on the KB Homes team kept me in the loop of every information I need to know. So I had a very great experience with them. Home loan experience through KB Homes was so much easier and smoother than the previous loan officer I had. Glad I bought a home without no trouble.
