I enjoyed each step of the way in our home buying process! We started working with Mark in the sales department and he showed excellent customer service, took time to explain each process of home buying and very detailed orientated in what we were buying. Afterwards, we worked a lot with Brian from Finance, he was very knowledgeable about the finance side and helped us along the way to finance our mortgage. His customer service was also excellent. Then, we met Dave and Barry. They are the top notch at what they do. They went above and beyond explaining the built of the house, the inspections that goes along with the building process, and Dave would help out when we needed him to go back to check on our walls and garbage disposal. Dave also went out of his way to help us move furniture when my husband couldn't do it himself. Barry helped with making sure we were satisfied with the house and he was always prompt when I need to ask a question. Lastly, Travis kept us informed weekly on our home building progress. Homes have amenities that are family focused

KB homes was excellent to work with. Their dedication to pleasing the customer is noticed every step of the way. They made the home buying process enjoyable and were quick to fix any issues that did not meet expectations.

House shopped for a couple months. Came to a site where KB was building and loved the model home. Worked with our amazing sales counselor, who helped us from viewing the home to closing. Mortgage/Loan department is a little erratic - felt like things were being done slowly and last minute, but nevertheless they were helpful with the financing. After closing, there were a few issues with the home (lights not working, shelf not installed, toilet tank would not feel), but after reaching out to KB, the issues were fixed relatively quickly. Luis, Elli and Kenika were always available, professional, and helpful. Luis took care of things on the spot.

Our KB experience was overall very good. The team guided us through the process and was (and still is) very responsive to our questions and concerns. I would buy another KB home in the future. They made it as easy as it can be all things considered.

Tisha, Jeff, and William make a great team. From beginning to end and even after the fact, they continue taking care of me. I would recommend a KB home to friends and family.

Everything was great expect for the consistent pests entering the home. Ants, crickets, and spiders. Besides that everything else is great.

We recently built and purchased our first KB Home and we love our new home! However there is some room for improvement with the home building communication process and the craftsmanship of the home. Our Superintendent has helped us a lot and his name is Wilfred. We look forward to seeing some future improvements as we're going to be building a second home for a family member in our same community in the upcoming weeks.

Business with kb and their team was a good experience

Every person involved from Dawn in sales, Sergio and Kelly as construction managers, Doug in financing, Jackie in processing Dawn, Bridgett as Title help were great and some still are with warranty work. Only thing I would have changed would be quality of paint. They use Sherwin Williama and Dunn Edwards is far better.

I like the overall buying experience with KB Home and the upgrades that included when I bought the Spec home. The team I worked with are professional and friendly

He was knowledgeable of the whole process so there were no surprises. Elizabeth in KB home loans was great to work with. She spent time answering my questions and making sure I understood expectations.
