Great experience with entire process

Overall a good home. Could use some practical upgrades for today world. Good for first time buyers or for downsizing.

Rey sold us a home plan and lot to fit our needs and budget. Then Cole stepped in as the construction site manager and made it all happen. Both men were responsive to all messages and questions. Always had a good answer and educated us on the building process.

It was an experience, as a first time home buyer. The team is welcoming and helpful, with quick responses with weekly reports

My Superintendent Dustin was absolutely wonderful !! Also, from the time of ground breaking, to closing, was just over 3 months.

Would've given a full 5 stars but when it came to the materials we had a major issue with the paint. We were only offered 3 shades of white and told the other hundreds of color choices weren't available due to supplier issues. We even offered to purchase the paint on our own and supply it to their crew and was told that wasn't allowed. In the end my wife and I ended up having to purchase and paint our entire house interior ourselves. Through all the back and forth over the shades of white we were offered, there was no offer of compensation for not being able to fulfill the choices of color options stated on their website, nor was there any pricing reduction. Our journey began when we met Jackie! We had an instant connection which made the process so much fun. Incentives galore helped us create our perfect home. We stayed with the KB circle for insurance and financing as well. Everyone helped with the lowest prices and explanation of all processes. Rick and his entire team, top notch!

Good home and fair price for me

I had a great experience. The superintendent Daniel did a great job with staying in contact and working on my concern that I had. Overall everyone with the KB team did a great job.

Services were excellent Rich Ruby along with loan dept title company and design were excellent we got into home prior to projected date. Thank you

These guys really go the extra mile for you as a customer/homeowner. I gave only 4 out of five stars on "Quality" because of the items we listed on our pre-closing walkthrough - like some paint, grouting, things like that. Speaks to quality of workmanship (and supervision?) moreso than materials

The whole process has been pleasant overall. There were several issues, but the crew are willing to step in and provide best services, I would like to shout out to Marshal, Mark and Rana. They are so professional. Treat this community and resident as families. My only suggestion to KB is to pay extra attention to drywall and trim, for inspection, that is most aspects of walkthrough. It could get frustrating and reduce overall impressions . Should have different cost, timeline and supervision on those depending different price points.

What a great experience this has been from beginning to closing!! We enjoyed every step of the way. Once we broke ground the constant updates were so amazing. We cannot believe it has already been 2 months in our new home- oh and even better we got keys before the holidays!! Thank you KB!

The construction team and contractors were well experienced. Responded very promptly and clearly with any questions or concerns we had.

Overall, a very seamless home buying experience with KB. The mortgage process was by far the smoothest I have ever experienced. Weekly updates related to home build were nice personal touches. KB "upgrades" I personally wouldn't consider upgrades and recommend buyers to go with only the basics as it's cheaper to replace door handles, faucets, etc. than to mortgage it for 30 years. The cabinet company used by KB is average at best. Our cabinets slope 1/2 inch from left to right, which you cannot see or notice, but discovered when adding backsplash. Cabinets have splits or open seams. KB is super at responding to claims. I've made 6 or 7 minor claims in the first 30 days and KB has accepted all claims. KB offers free paint touch ups 30 days after move-in. Overall, good to above average home. No serious complaints. Will sell in about 36 months and move to TN. ... More
