Ou home buying experience with KB Home was surprisingly easier than my husband and I thought. The process went smooth and less painful. All the staff members from different departments were wonderful, very friendly and very knowledgeable. We are now very happy to have a quality smart home, energy saving and affordable home. Thank you for helping us make our dream (to have a house) come true. You all exceeded our expectations! More power to you all!

We were able to move in due to the prompt response of Jacob to fix most of the things that were wrong. Still issues as of right now but we are living on the house.

It was a an easy process

The builder forgot to put a vent in the master bath. It reached 115 degrees today. The master bath has not vent so it was just as hot. Contacted the builder to complain.

Overall good experience.very happy with our new home.

No doubt buying a home with KB is a great experience. But not our dwelling on the first month, this was the time we noticed some flaws on the materials and workmanship. First, our countertop has a lot of chips on it but it has been addressed already they did some repairs. Second, I thought the paint in the interior was so thin it can easily be removed seemed like only one coating was apied.Third and the worst, within a month of dwelling, our a/c already broke twice! Installer got notified but their emergency service was not until 3 days after we called. Summertime! Who would like to spend their days inside their new house with 93 degrees inside? The home came out nice because I had a lot of upgrades done but I do think other builders like Lennar gives you more value as upgrades are included.

Everyone was extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. I was never left wondering what was happening or misinformed.

I have bought homes through Quadrant, Oakridge, and KB Homes. KB Homes was by far a smooth, simple, straight forward process from start to finish. They truly focus on the customer and making sure everything is done to top quality. It was exceptional and I was always impressed. I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from KB Homes!

Process was quick and overall please with the home construction. Just be weary if a new home build starts next to yours... Workers are not tidy and having alot of people around all the time that you have to pickup after... Plus regular porta potty s that get used frequently next to your home. Probably would have chosen a more developed area for next time.
