Great experience with the builder's employees throughout and after buying the home and getting settled in. One thing I've learned however, don't expect your home to be perfect from day one. Just because it's a new build doesn't mean you're not going to have problems. With any new construction neighborhood, they're trying to get your home up fast and this could potentially lead to bigger issues. Fortunately, KB representatives were extremely helpful and fast in resolving the issues.

Buying a KB home has been an adventure for my family, the location was a bit further than we have ventured in the Florida area but it was well worth it for the floor plan. We are very happy with our home.

The team of folks KB provides you makes the process fun and reduces the stress of building a new home. All 3 teams sales, care and loan, will take good care of you.

Still waiting on some things to be fixed which is a bummer , also was never able to get in touch with the painter for the free touch up paint which also suck. Overall i’m satisfied but a few ongoing things I would love to get addressed ASAP.

1. Sale representative, upgrades representative, construction manager, loan lender and customer service are very friendly and responsive. 2. Love the energy-saving home design.

Good to service for home

Sales agent was great. The quality of my house is wonderful. Design studio experience were alright. Could have a better agent who give you details. But overall experience is great.

My family had a great buying experience with KB homes. I had looked at other communities which offered different kinds of incentive, however KB homes had exactly what I was looking for in a home (Plus More). Once I made my mind with the Model that I wanted and singed off on it, I was able to bring other family Members to look at the Model home and every time I would bring them over, the sellers at the site made us feel welcome.

Easy experience from start to finish.

The entire home buying process was extremely easy & transparent. The home was built beautifully in a timely manner and the warranties are great. My only hiccup was the 30 day walkthrough & paint touch ups/small repairs hasn’t been honored.

Despite covid and the weather KB produced me a great new home! Well built and the minor issues I've had have been addressed in a timely manner

Good sales process & hard working engineers, but unfortunately the finish quality did suffer! :( Just thankful they are fixing most of it...but certain issues should NOT have existed in the first place!

I would buy a KB home again.

The 2 Jasons that were in charge were here to correct any issue as soon as it occurred and were super nice and professional. Could not have asked for anyone better.

My customer service rep, Ryan was amazing. He was highly responsive to emails and texts when I had questions and if any issues arise. During the orientation, he provided detailed information and caught all the small issues that needed to be fixed. He also went the extra mile by offering any services that I needed help on. For an example, mounting my TV on the wall. He was very reliable and always willing to help, even after the closing date. 10/10 rating for him!

My loan officer was great. Always responded to all my questions quickly.

Love how we were able to make the house exactly how we wanted it to be. Also very happy with the follow through after we closed to check on any minor issues. Would definitely recommend KB homes to others.
